TLDR: Great selection of CBD products & Maine-made accessories. TBH, I have always been a little bit on the anxious side. And my doc put me on some pills for that, but I wasn't loving them so much. A friend of mine recommended that I give CBD a trial run to tamp down the anxiety and suggested I go to Flowers & Candy to get started. The owner was extremely helpful and took the time to understand what I was looking for and then suggested products that they thought would help. That was maybe five months ago. Now I am a regular CBD user with what I would describe as a newly less-agitated and less-anxious mindset. I continue to go shopping at Flowers & Candy regularly for 'refills.' I would also say that they have a very unique selection of hats and a really awesome selection of small-batch leather goods -- in fact, recently, I did buy (online via their website, I might add) a very nice accessories kit with a beautiful red leather pouch that I adore. I can’t recommend Flowers & Candy in Portland enough. This shop is a gem — beautifully curated, full of local and sustainable goods, and run with real intention.

I picked up the Essentials Kit, curated by the owner Eden, and it’s honestly one of the best-designed kits I’ve ever seen. It includes the sleek Journey Pipe, a lighter branded with the shop’s minimalist logo, a refillable atomizer pre-filled with an enzymatic odor eliminator, and the tiniest silver spoon — perfect for loading the pipe. Everything feels discreet, clever, and travel-ready.

I also grabbed a leather bag from Kurier, made right in Portland, and the quality is incredible.

I stumbled across this lovely little shop while my husband and I were in Portland about a year ago, drawn in by an advertisement about CBD/Hemp Cannabis. As a cannabis business owner in NJ, I was intrigued—and I’m so glad I walked in!
