I am incredibly impressed with the experience my fiance and I have had with D. Cole Jewelers. Everyone we have interacted with there has been exceptionally thoughtful, genuine, knowledgeable, and invested in us. It is clear that the jewelers here are passionate about what they do and have an eye for detail and artistry that far exceeds any other jewelry store I have come across.

My fiance and I recently got engaged and he worked with one of D. Cole's jewelers, Ryan, to custom make my ring. I am beyond thrilled with the ring they created together for me - it's far more beautiful than any design I've seen or could have come up with on my own! Throughout the ring creation process, Ryan was easily accessible to my fiance and continuously encouraged my fiance's vision while also providing helpful guidance and advice. My fiance really enjoyed working with Ryan and is still talking about how wonderful his experience was.

Before this process, we looked at rings at D. Cole so my fiance could get a sense of my style. Even though we weren't officially customers yet, Ryan gave us his undivided attention on a busy day and never made us feel rushed or pressured in any way. I cannot say enough about how amazing our experience with them has been. We will definitely be working with them to create our wedding bands and all other important jewelry purchases...

I truly had the best shopping and customer service experience of my life at D Cole Jewelers! I find that jewelry shopping can be intimidating and stressful, but not at D Cole. They have created an immediately welcoming, warm, and laid back environment that immediately puts you at ease.

I went in to select wedding bands and also to get advice on some older pieces I already had. The selection of pieces D Cole carries are varied and beautiful and there are options for every budget. And looking through the pieces I brought in was such fun, with the different jewelers popping over to take a look and give an opinion or share some history or craftsmanship knowledge. The whole experience felt so homey and just a dream-come-true for jewelry enthusiasts.

I did not know where to start when buying an engagement ring. I had my partner share some ideas with me, but I had a million thoughts running through my head when I first went into D. Cole to look at settings. Dean was incredibly patient and reassuring and helped me come up with some questions to answer about what I was looking for. When I had a little better of an idea, I reached out to Ryan to help me design a custom ring that incorporated some smaller stones that I had in the family. Ryan did an incredible job helping me to shape my concept into a beautiful ring. He mocked up designs that met exactly what I was requesting, and iterated on his designs to incorporate my feedback in a thoughtful way that ensured the ring would be structurally sound and timeless. He was never a salesman and always had my best interest in mind. Even after all the work Ryan put in mocking up multiple designs, the final price was beyond reasonable and came in within the budget that we discussed.
