I would give 0 stars if possible as to transcend the "hated it" status. Not only does this store overcharge for subpar, not to mention, used clothing, the workers are unaware of what it means to allow shoppers to...shop. In other words, harassment is not a word in their vocabulary. As if that wasn't bad enough, I snapped a few photos of some clothing for my girlfriend to look at and let me know if she might want them. Then, the worker/employee @ around 12-2 pm, 08/20/25, aggressively told me I wasn't allowed to take photos in the store. I didn't argue or try and debate the matter; I simply stopped taking photos. After that, I was unnecessarily followed, and mean mugged by this employee to an extent of extreme comfortability emotionally and physically. I don't want to bad mouth this place, regardless of what I've said before, but this community is a place where we can share out honest critiques of stores that we love, or used to love, in order to establish a system of accountability, and positive growth. To conclude my contribution to our collective growth as a society, I would like to declare that I will never be returning to this establishment, and am not looking for any retributions, or useless platitudes such as a half-assed apology. To all future customers of this place, make sure to record what is happening, if something happens as to preserve your safety, and credibility in the event/situation that you may need to make a report against...

The cashier with the red hair was very rude to us. We were waiting in line for the fitting room for 15 minutes right in front of her when she singled us out and told us we cut the line and that we had to ask her first even though we were right in front of her the whole time. She seemed like she was blowing off some steam on us, and I don’t know what is going on with her personally, but that was absolutely no way to treat a customer. When confronted, she refused to apologize for how she treated us and we will never be going back...

I really like checking out the selection, but often find it's not very size inclusive. I am tired of seeing "hip" stores carry mostly sizes XS and S. Also, for someone with sensory issues - the music is always at an excruciating level. This past week when I was in, a song was playing that repeatedly used the N word.
