Walgreens — Local services in Poway

PLEASE CLICK ON MY REVIEW AND SEE PHOTOS BEFORE BUYING THEIR PRODUCTS!! I am a member of the Walgreen rewards card thing. I have a severe pain problem that requires that I use a shower bench. I bought this one for about $50. I am under the posted weight limit on the bench. It looked this way after 20 days of use. Called the customer service line and they said to get my money back I needed to find the receipt and return it to the store. She had all the dates from my loyalty card #. Bought this 10/08/2018 and found a ride (as I am disabled) for the 2 miles to the store The day after calling them to tell them about their clearly faulty product... the Walgreen call center never brought up that they have a 30 day money back return policy. I found a ride 31 days after buying the bench. The store manager said everything is computerized - I have no way to override them. Had to buy one another company, so I could actually shower, while they screwed with me, as they have one model. WALMART IS JUST ACROSS THE STREET - GO THERE, GO THERE NOW!!! They tell you someone will call you, with more power in 3 days or less. I call every 4 or 5 days... It is 11/21 and it will be 11/26 at the very soonest that some fool will not call me back again. What if one of the rusty screws in this clearly finely made product fell out in the shower and I stepped on it? Things that...

I travel for work and it has always been convenient for me to have my packages delivered to a Walgreens near me. I don't recommend ever using Walgreens for this reason. I was told that if it's not FedEx they will refuse your package because they are contracted to receive packages through them only and cannot use them for(Walgreens) for personal packages. Upon ordering anything online, you are not given a choice of whom the courier is Walgreens. I would definitely select FedEx over any courier if given that option as a customer. The manager was sorta of matter of fact and seemingly bothered about it but. I don't work for your entity nor do I know what you do or not so upon giving information, remember you choose to work there as a representative of this establishment and if some asking you something beyond your scope of work and willingness to help, may I suggest a change of scenery. We are all dealing with something. But hey CVS is on every corner too. They've got my business for a lifetime now thanks for helping me make...

I am only leaving this review today because I am beyond frustrated with this pharmacy and their service. I had outpatient surgery today and was told by the time I got discharged that my prescriptions should be ready for pickup. My bf and I went out to eat after being discharged and I was in recovery for 2 then ran a quick errand and when we got there my meds were not ready. Omg I was livid and I was starting to feel pain from surgery so I expressed that and instead of making me wait 20 additional minutes they got it ready right then. This is not the first time Walgreens has frustrated me and although I love Dave and Jim they are absolutely amazing I may be looking for an alternate pharmacy because the other staff members don't seem to be performing well and are not as caring as past staff members there. It upsets me because they are the closest pharmacy to my home, but I have enough frustration in my life without pharmacy issues...
