I'll never understand why they rent half this building out to real estate and non foot traffic businesses. Its right in the heart of downtown and when this could be it's own festival area, its a dead end for event goers and really a dud for what it could be if there were more attractive businesses able to display on the 2...

Small plaza of unique traders/restaurants ...bathrooms are spotless as are the outside eating areas...this type of plaza is fast disappearing with big box stores and the internet which is killing our culture ...we should make every effort to patronize these unique traders.....(hand made chocolates...
