Great place for live music and good food. They have live bands 6 days a week and happy hour 5 days. There's an upstairs space called The Bunkhouse with bar, food, and live music. It also has a great small patio overlooking the large patio below. The large outdoor main patio has a stage and live music. On weekends, music starts at 1:00 and goes into the night. The food is better than typical bar food. They use better ingredients, put twists on things, and have a good menu. Food prices range from $6-$14. They have an affordable brunch on the weekend. The breakfast burritos are huge and good. Bloody Marys are good and $8 on the weekend. They have killer elevated tacos. These aren't the average taco. The shrimp and chicken are amazing. They have an affordable specialty drink menu starting at $8. Bottle beer is $5. They have a nice selection of beer. We recently visited Prescott AZ and ended up at the Montezuma Tavern on a night when we didn't want to venture far from our hotel but wanted a quick bite to eat and a drink. Montezuma Tavern was excellent! The Haunted Kitchen serves food from the Montezuma Tavern during the winter months and while their menu is not big, it is Oh So GOOD!!! The street tacos are AMAZING!!! And the chicken wings and burgers and fries do not disappoint either. The tavern is small but cozy and the bar tender and staff are friendly and accommodating. Went on weekend get away and this place by far was the most amazing spot out of all places . Best food service and drinks . Will definitely be a go to spot when we come back . Tried a lot of places this weekend and ended up back at this spot 3 times the whole trip . There was not nothing we got here that was bad .
