Yesterday after 10 years of marriage, my husband finally bought me a real wedding band. We had no plan to purchase one but sometimes fate just happens. When he purchased my engagement ring it wasn’t planned either. We were young, still in college and our daughter was only 4. We happened to be vacationing in the Cape. As we were exploring P-town we walked into Exuma. I walked over to the counter and saw this gorgeous estate sale piece. It was truly one of a kind as it was 19k white gold, had a simple 1.2ct diamond stone, and set in the most unique setting. It happened to fit me perfect right out of the counter but I really just tried it on for fun. Little did I know that my husband had gone back to the store with my daughter and bought the ring to propose to me later that night. Again, super young and both in college so he maxed out 3 credit cards just to buy it for me 🥹 (we know we know… not smart) With that said, when it came time to buy bands we couldn’t afford much so I opted for a basic $50 Walmart band! Still beautiful and perfect but we always said one day we would get a real one. Fast forward to yesterday… We are vacationing in the Cape once again! I told my husband I wanted to go back to the jewelry store and see if Günter was still working. We walked in and he remembered us and the ring right away. Out of curiosity, I walked over to the counter and saw this band I was drawn to! It was simple, It looked almost identical to the fake one I’ve had for years, and it was the ONLY one like it. I asked him if it was white gold and diamonds. When he told us it was, I asked him if I could try it on and again, it fit perfect right out of the case. My husband told me that he had no plans of purchasing a new band but when he saw my smile he couldn’t say no 😭 Now for the REAL coincidence… after we had decided to go to the jewelry store, on my memories it showed that 11 years ago, to the day, my husband Eric had purchased my engagement ring from Günter and proposed to me that night. We had no idea it was the same day but apparently the universe did 🥰 It was such a sweet moment to walk back in and purchase a wedding band from Günter with our girls, at a completely different place in life. We told him that maybe we would see him in another 10 years 🥹 Happy Engagiversary to us and thank you once...

Purchased a wedding ring to be shipped overseas after owner's son gave us assurances of their experience shipping to Europe and that it would be delivered in two weeks. Actual delivery (of a ring with the wrong measurements) took place with more than a month and a half worth of delay and after numerous attempts to contact and follow up. Caused us too much unnecessary stress leading up to the wedding that could have been prevented with a little effort...
