We visited on a Monday afternoon in mid-June 2025 for a after lunch snack. There was a line when we arrived but they seem to move through pretty fast. It is at a busy intersection so watch out for kids who might be hanging out outside as there really isn't much seating inside the establishment. We ordered: - Milkshake peppermint stick - Milkshake coffee heath - Milkshake cookie monster - Milkshake black raspberry We decided on milkshakes because we were on the move and it was easy to walk with the cups versus cones. The ice cream was good but nothing special. We did fine it annoying they gave us tiny straws so a lot of the chunks in our shakes we couldn't suck up the straw and had to open the lid to eat them after we finished the rest of the drink. If you know it's not going to fit up your straws, maybe invest in larger straws as it changes how your product is consumed. Overall it was fine but we'd have no problems trying some of the many other options in town to see if something else was better. Also it was quite pricey at $10 each, so take that into account.

Old-fashion fun! ❤️ My son had a half-day from school so we decided to climb the Monument and then go for an ice cream. I grew up here and have done this multiple times with all my kids and it is still fun every time to act like a visitor in your own community. So off we went and Lewis Brothers Ice Cream store is even better than I remember! Okay so the cost of everything has gone up for life in general and I was a bit surprised at $9 for a small sundae and $7 for a small cone, but it was worth every penny! Small was much bigger than we both expected and we could barely finish them. My son loved the home-made whipped cream and the Grapenuts ice cream that I chose was unique and fantastic. The lady behind the counter was warm and friendly. Absolutely worthy of a 5-star review, be sure to visit Lewis Brothers during your next Provincetown visit!

When I got to Provincetown I asked everyone where I could find the best ice cream in town and everyone pointed me to Lewis Brothers. So naturally I went there and was not disappointed. When my friends came in to visit for the day we took them there. My friend nearly fainted from joy when she bit into the peanut butter ice cream and got a huge wedge of delicious creamy peanut butter. The line moves quickly and the servers are pleasant and do a great job.

Watch out, this place overcharges all customers systematically We went as a big family, ordered a bunch of ice creams and paid four separate bills. Two of those payments included kiddie-size ice creams, but they charged us as regular ice creams. Another member of our family paid with cash, but they took advantage of her distraction and gave her $10 less change than she was supposed to get. She detected the mugging and asked for her remaining $10 back, which she immediately got. And the other member of our group paid with credit card, and she was overcharged $10 and got a non-itemized receipt for her payment. When she realized she was being overcharged she spoke to the manager, who immediately gave her $10 back. In addition to these issues, the employees were VERY rude. Avoid this place! There are tons of ice cream shops In Ptown, just walk one block and you will find a better place, without the dishonesty and...

I originally caught a glimpse of the menu and looked at the prices in dismay. I waited in line not knowing what to order. After nearly panicking, I saw one of the workers dousing a scoop of ice cream in a hot fudge mud puddle. Upon finding out that it was a hot fudge sundae my mind was starting to be set. Scoops of homemade heaping piles of whipped cream atop this masterful creation secured this $10 from my Capital One credit card. Normally apprehensive of spending up for ice cream that isn’t Private Selection Denali Maximum Fudge Chocolate MouseTracks ice cream, I found myself in a state of complete euphoria. I have yet to find a better ice cream sundae is this expansive world within which we reside. Although this sundae will likely result in me not maxing out my Roth 401k, it was so worth it. If I could have one of these every day, I don’t think I would have any desire to retire....
