This place is terrible. the worst of the worst. Last summer me friends and I rode the scooter for about 20 minutes and when we tried to return them and shut them off the app was not working and would not let my friends end her ride and ended up getting charged overnight for the app malfunction. They wouldn’t answer calls and when they finally did they had a hard time even refunding her. Last week I decided to rent them again (terrible decision) They made me put down a $20 down payment for verification which I thought would count towards my ride and it did not. The app said I needed to add more money to my “wallet” and I added $10 and the scooter wouldn’t even turn on. A perfect thing to do if your in town. The scooters are maintained well and very easy to use, you can do everything via your phone. The associate that helped us was amazing, giving us a detailed explanation on how to use the app and the scooters themselves. We rode them all around town and around the surrounding area as they have a 30 mile range. The app even allows you to pause your ride so you don't keep paying, and you can just leave the scooter at any of the marked parking locations and not have to return it to the shop. Overall will...
