The staff here are really unprofessional. As soon as my family and I got there the owners daughter which was probably 3-4 years old came out and started wandering the lobby and sat at my family’s table with us. Which is fine, no big deal. My niece was being nice to the owners daughter and even bought her a gumball from the gumball machine. But then the little girl started elbowing my 2 year old niece in the face numerous times trying to move her out of her seat. We were fed up with it and moved tables and the little girl followed us to our new table. The owner finally got the hint and came and got her daughter and her daughter told her that my niece was hitting her which was not true at all. To which the mom/owner then responded “well then hit her back”. I then told the owner that that was not true and it was her daughter that was hitting my niece, she then started arguing with me in front of the people in the lobby. 20 minutes later after our food was ready the owner confronted my sister in front of the 6 people in the lobby causing a scene telling her how she apparently was watching back the cameras and how my niece was the one hitting her daughter, which again was not true at all. They don’t even have cameras in the lobby and how could she have watched back the cameras if she was in the back making the food, which they were also pretty busy. We were going to eat our food in the lobby as we were a party of 7 and they gave us our food in to-go containers, not giving us the choice to eat there. Very UNPROFESSIONAL staff, save your time and money and go...
Read moreI've been debating on sharing our experience just because we love to support a new business and this one has so much great potential. unfortunately our first trip was such chaos.. Our family of 7 went for the Dubai treat after they commented on our FB post saying to come try their dubai items(which we were told they were out of) when we went to order, so we all placed an order for different items (all good ) but the wait time ended up being nearly an hour for 7 items that didn't come at the same time. I was somewhat frustrated but mainly because we just paid over $80 and our wait consisted of a little girl spitting on my twins, slapping my 2 year old daughter and just being very wild, while also watching people order the dubai treat... and recieve the item. Lol. Eventually we all got our items, and this same little girl from earlier sat at our table stole my sons $8 ice cream, stuck her hands into my hot cheeto elote and stole some mini pancakes from my daughter. It was a wild experience. We finally decided to ask about the dubai cup again... showed the lady taking our order that others were receiving it and we would like one, we paid the $18 for one cup and my son said it was very good.
I have so much faith in this business, the items were all really amazing, very creative and very fresh. You just work hard to spend so much money for a child to put hands on your kids and take the treats we paid for.
It's decorated really beautifully, there's a selfie museum/ area. Worth trying to get your...
Read moreFrom the moment I walked in and saw the cozy "this must be the place" neon sign enveloped in the grassy frame on the wall, I knew this was going to be good. But I had already known beforehand because this place - unlike so many restaurants in town - put their entire (extensive) menu online in hi-res for everyone to see so that we could decide what we wanted before calling.
I ordered ahead of time and my desserts were ready the moment I walked in the door. The woman working the counter dropped what she was doing to run them over to me and was so excited that we were trying them for the first time. She was very friendly, both in person and on the phone!
The desserts (the Cheesecake Salad) was phenomenal, exquisite. A perfect serving size for something that decadent, beautifully arranged, with a delicious hard drizzled topping above it all. It was absolutely marvelous.
We're so looking forward to spending more time here. Please stay around, Pueblo needs...
