Please Read before you buy from here!!! They DO NOT TELL YOU THAT ALL SALES ARE FINAL AND NO RETURN POLICY!! They charge 162% on interest and will draft from your account every two weeks, $220 is what they were charging me. I admit, I should've paid more attention, but I didn't catch the every two weeks payment. I purchased furniture for my kids room, and 2 mattresses for the other 2 rooms until i could afford more (we just moved here) and it cost me approximately $3,462. By the time I am charged twice a month, for two years at 162% interest, I will have paid over $9,100 for that furniture!!!! And the furniture isn't that good of quality!!! It is better than Walmart's now but not much. I took a loan to pay these people off! Half of the furniture was damaged upon delivery. They replaced one piece, but I don't feel like fighting for the other. It is highly unlikely I will ever go here again. However!!!! I give them 2 stars because they will do IF, and only IF you pay it off in the 3 months of no interest. So buy what you can afford in 3 months!!! They have some nice furniture (living room, etc), just wasn't impressed once I looked at the bedroom sets that was delivered. They punched 3 holes in my walls delivering the furniture. 196% INTREST! Out of the $46 I pay every week only $9 goes toward my principal balance and the rest goes towards finance charges, its supposed to be intrest free for 101 days if you pay it off and they tell you its intrest free, oh and it is, BUT they dont tell you bout the finance charges. I ordered the refrigerator, which was delivered to me damaged. I used the method of payment installments and the American First finance is telling me that the $50 down payment still needs to be taken off by American Freight, as they have sent me a recipt showing they took it off but American Freight will not provide me a reciept which I still need. I am also supposed to receive my refrigerator damage discount on my account of $157.5 and have received an email from Matt showing this discount in an email recipient. I have contacted American First Finance several time and devoted much time speaking with them. I even have my calls recorded from American Freight stating I should receive the discount. Stay away. We bought a refrigerator from them. We had it a little over a year. First of it took longer then when were told. They charge for delivery when most places offer free delivery. We bought there extended warranty and we were told by Tommy that if we had any problems to call them and it would be taken care of and that's not the case. The door doesn't shut right and the seal around the door is ripped. They gave me a phone number to call couldn't get through so found the website and that wasn't working right right either so I had to chat. They set up an appointment not telling me it was just an estimate appointment and I was emailed a different day then I was originally told. Now I received a text they had to cancel my appointment so stupid reason that the tech. Vehicle broke down so I had to call to reschedule and could hardly understand the guy.
