Story time.. I work across the street from this location and when I got off work around 1 and smelled the food and already decided Iâd have it for dinner. So I go home and run errands and grocery shop and on the way home my son said he wanted Popeyes.. heâs spoiled so I said okay even though Iâd rather have kfc. So we get to Popeyes and Iâm waiting for the woman over the drive thru speaker to âbe right backâ as she told me she would be, literally 15 min I waited for her to return and I was locked in by other cars so I just sat and waited. She comes back to tell me her card machine isnât working so she canât take my order. So my son wanting Popeyes still I drove all the way across town to the other location and wait for a good 15-20 min in the drive through (once again locked in by cars) to get to the speaker and she tells me the whole system is down and they canât take orders. So I drive all the way back across town to get kfc and explained to my son (heâs only 3) that Popeyes is closed but we can get some better chicken from kfc and heâs so hungry at this point he doesnât care where the chicken comes from. I place my order and get to pay and Stacy who was my cashier was so nice and complimented my nails, called me a princess and checked if my sauce was in the bag, saw it wasnât and requested it from his coworker because âonly the best for the princessâ lol this alone honestly made my whole nightmare from Popeyes better. I wasnât even mad anymore I was just mad at myself for not going to kfc first. So my son is all excited when we pull off because he âwanted chicken and fries sooo badâ (eating out is a special treat for him) and we get home and I realize I have the wrong order. I almost never call in wrong orders because I work customer service too and itâs not that serious but my son wanted food that wasnât in this other order so I call and spoke to Shayla and she told me she would fix the issue right away just for me to come back and sheâll bring the food out personally which she did! I was just going to wait drive thru again but she came out and listened to my story about how I should have just went to kfc from the get go and she hooked it up. Moral of the story is.. go to kfc before...
Read moreSpent $90 on a 16pc family meal and 12pc tender. Only got a 13pc ( which isn't a thing) Two of the sides where wrong and they forgot the biscuits. It took 45 minutes to get. Called up and spoke to the manager who remembered the order and told me to come back and it would be replaced. I told her I couldn't come back for a couple days and she was fine with that. When I got there I explained the situation and gave them my name and the managers name whom I spoke with. The assistant manager came up to speak to me and informed me that they would only replace what was missing, which I was fine with. When they handed me my food, they were still missing two biscuits when I brought it up the assistant manager tried to speak over me and tell me that my meal doesnât come with 8 biscuits when it plainly shows a 16 piece comes with eight biscuits. I tried to explain to the lady the situation and she got hateful and said that she would not do anything else unless I had a receipt which I did not have on me at the time I did not feel that I needed to take the receipt with me since the Manager, I spoke to a couple days before had told me that she would leave my name for the replacement. I do not recommend this place. They cannot get your food right and then theyâre rude when they make a mistake, The assistant manager needs fired and the district manager should probably step in and take a look at whatâs going on in his...
Read moreIve visited this KFC several times. This time I was went through the drive thru after work to take food home. Normally, its the lunch Buffett when the "low chicken light" come on. 3-4 cars in front on me I thought this was going to take some time. I was committed. When the car in front of me rolled away from the order location, I follwed right in and stopped at the microphone area. Unsure what to order (I dig the $5 fill-up options). When checking the menu board it was really difficult to see at this time of the evening. The board was not lit up and some of the menu was loose/fell behind another part of the menu and was unreadable. While waiting and decifering the menu, trust me, I had plenty of time to decide I notice trash all over the ground. Once the cashier came up she did apologize for the extended delay with a dreary voice, they sounded like it was a hassle to be at work. When I asked to order wings I was questioned if I could wait 7 minutes for the wings. I replied there are at least two cars in front of me, I think I can wait. The last item I attempted to order was a small soda. The reply was "Our machine isn't working, sorry it needs to be fixed." No problem, probably didn't need one anyway.
I think its time this location just closes up OR gets fixed. I'll be happy to provide patronage if real changes are made if not, Popeyes is 2 minutes...
