HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE* My daughter had a shirt made. The number vinyl on the shirt was folded instead of doing the shirt over again, the employee of this facility put the same number over top of the folded vinyl most likely in efforts to hide the mistake...after the second folded vinyl was applied the vinyl number now had a crease in it. The employee then stated that she would apply yet a 3rd vinyl over the same place. My daughter knowingly knew it would just make it look worse aNd it was clear that the employee was not going to redo the shirt she in return left the establishment. When she got home she showed me the shirt which was 15 to 20 mins later. After seeing the shirt vinyl she purchased which costed about $30 I called and stated that the shirt was not done properly. The woman which of whom wouldn't give her name even before I had even told her why I was calling was completely rude. I told her what happened and she stated that she would call her manager and call me back...about 5 mins later when she called back she stated that she reviewed cameras and my daughter said she liked it. (Which was not true) I stated no that she didn't like it but that the employee was going to apply a third vinyl over top the mistake and didn't want it to look worse. I said well I would like to talk to manager and leave my number for manager she stated we couldn't do such and I stated that was not right. She started to get angrily loud and stated what's not right is that your daughter was dumb enough to leave with something she didn't like and what's not right is that we are still talking about this because there's nothing that we can do and hang up very rudely! I CAN NOT BELIEVE THAT REGENCY MALL PROMOTES THIS KIND OF BEHAVIOR AND BUSINESS! Don't let me forget when I called back to tell them I was reporting them she stated that was fine because I called and yelled and said they were dumb and stupid which was a complete lie! I can't believe people nowadays!...

Terrible workmanship and even worse customer service. Our t-shirt had to be remade because the imprint was peeling off immediately after it was produced. The girls in the store were the most unprofessional and hateful people I've ever encountered. Made constant comments about how they aren't supposed to remake shirts. I understand that, but if it were done correctly in the first place, you wouldn't have to remake anything. Never apologized and made hateful, rude comments during the entire process of making the 2nd shirt. Will never go back there again - AVOID THIS BUSINESS! I purchased a $50 birthday tshirt for my Mother yesterday. After leaving the store I discovered that the top corner of the vinyl pic had been torn so they took a random grey piece of vinyl n pressed it over the top of it never pointing that out when I picked up the shirt. I waited another 45 mins to get a replacement shirt, never got an apology, or a discount toward my purchase for their error. Instead they fixed the first tshirt n made me a replacement tshirt telling me it wld b no charge. Seriously, the disrespect was enough that I will take my chances ordering something online then return...
