ALREADY REPORTED THROUGH WEBSITE AND GOT EMAIL IT WAS RESOLVED WHEN NO IT HAS NOT BEEN AS NOBODY HAS COMMUNICATED WITH ME.
This is the first time we have ordered from this location. My husband and father donât eat Jimmy Johnâs (bread is too hard for them) so I ordered them sandwiches ahead of time (around 11:30 am) to be picked up at 5. Upon arrival (5:15ish) the subs were still not done. I was greeted by Julian who asked me if Iâd like a different sub as their meatballs werenât warmed yet. I said no as it should have been called about if not able to make as it was supposed to be done earlier and ready to go. I had to stand around until that was made. I was handed the subs at 5:26 pm. I got home to grab my children, husband, and father to go to an event we were now running late to. My husband went to take a bite out of his sandwich and it was the hardest bread heâs ever ate. I immediately called the store to ask why they thought putting this sub on hard bread was going to be okay. I was told that he thought it was hard but they didnât have any more bread prepped. That sometimes the bread holder doesnât close all of the way which can make the bread hard. He apologized. I told him it was okay but I did want to be refunded for my sandwich and the whole experience was just uncalled for. Of course there was no manager in and every time Iâve called up he/she wasnât in. I tried putting in a complaint online but got an email stating itâs been resolved when no it has not been. Nobody has called and nobody has communicated with me about the issue at hand.    Read moreThis is by far the best service I have ever received. Derek I believe the man's name was who took care of me and my son. I tried to place an online order but it said the system was down and I called 2 other locations to place an order to pick up and was told they werent taking anymore orders because it was 20 min prior to closing time. I called this subway 9min to closing time and this gentlemen gladly took my order and was more than helpful when we arrived he even helped my son to the car with everything. I was absolutely impressed by his service and he mentioned he was the manager and that was an awesome decision whoever made because this guy cared about his customer and didn't turn me away because his nightlife was more important. Spoo if you want some healthy delicious food, service that is over the top, and a smile go to this Subway the management deserves a raise and should be training all the employees!    Read moreThis Subway is a staffing nightmare! I have heard employees complaining over an open mic about customers ordering sandwiches in the drive thru. Customer service is a phrase theyâve apparently never heard before either. So expecting it here would be difficult. Tonight they were training a new guy who wanted to do a good job but you could see the frustration on his face. He asked a female staff member how to make my sandwiches. She handed him the proper utensil and said âjust use 4 of theseâ and then she walked to the back and started casually talking to another employee⌠You cannot have poor, uncaring employees training new hires! It only perpetuates the problems that already exist. This must go all the way to the top. Management/Ownership gets a HUGE failing F for their incompetence when it comes to managing this location and the lack of training and support they give...
