I’m sitting here on Black Friday, in my car, immensely impressed and shocked at my recent Starbucks experience. I was hurrying up to get to Victoria Gardens to shop, but my day deserved a pause, to admire the beauty in my recent order here. I’ve been going to Starbucks my whole life, and go in and out and never think twice of anything. Today that changed. So much my shopping has been put on hold to leave this review. Wow, just wow. This has been the best experience of my entire Starbucks life! This team is beyond amazing, and I was in the drive thru. I saw the line of cars, maybe 10 maybe 15, and thought: this will take at least 30-40 minutes but I still went for it. The line never stopped moving. Before I could place an online order I had to hurry and decide what I wanted because it was moving very quickly. Then the greeting was like I’ve never heard before: extra friendly. Again after I ordered I continued to attempt to finish my online order but couldn’t because the line moved so fast I had to get my app ready. I was greeted by a friendly stress free smile and my food and drink was ready on the spot. Also Ive never had my sausage cheddar egg sandwich as warmed up as this! Ive always been used to getting it semi warm. But no: my sandwich was warm/hot, with cheese perfectly melted this tasting better than ever before! Wow. Please give this whole team a raise because they raised the bar on my experience and surprised me in a way I didn’t know was possible. Read moreThis was my first trip to Starbucks during the pandemic and after the long lockdown so there is a possibility that my review might be somewhat biased. I will tell you something that is not, Starbucks will never know anyone who likes coffee as much as I do and therefore I need you to please bring back the double shot marble mocha machiatto. The barista looked at me puzzled when I asked her for one and it is not her fault that I am as old as I am. She kindly offer me another coffee drink similar to it but it was not the same. I so do appreciate her efforts though and willingness to help.
I understand that it's important that you changed things up to bring new customers in but please let's be real here. People do not go to drink your coffee because is healthier than the ones I can make at home or even cheaper. It is the coffee addicts like me that keep you in business and as a returning customer that you want on your side, I am asking nicely. Pretty please.
I have been your loyal customer for as long as you have been in business and I would hate to lose you as my provider of my drug of choice. Many thanks for listening and to your employees, thank you for showing up to work during this pandemic. Much respect.

Read moreTuesday Sept, 17 11:00 pm. I have been coming to this particular location for the last 3-4 a week at least 3 times weeks & have become familiar w/the staff. I've ordered the same drink EVERY DAY w/a refill. From this location at Victoria Gardens & 2 other location in San Bernardino, Colton & Rialto. I've been noticing difficulties w/their refills here over the last week. Then tonight a lady by the name of (Danni) completely refuses the refill & says it's against policy. I kindly ask "Well why haven't you guys told me this I've the last 3-4 weeks & why is this the only location saying it is again policy? San Bernardino specifically told me the drink qualifies for refill. I ask Danni if she could explain this to me & why her store is just now refusing to honor the refill. That seems a little weird to be especially seeing how this is the 1st time in 3-4 weeks this has happened. Then when asked to explain for customer qualification she couldn't do it. I would think you would have a knowledgeable manager on duty. There are 3 members on staff who always have the best customer service. Maybe they should be promoted or something but clearly a customer service issue is at hand w/this Starbucks. Hope this issues gets resolved soon.
