This location is usually pretty good, especially when Ofelia is working. I often come here during my work week. I was disappointed and kind of ticked off today because the service was less than desirable. When I placed my order with the woman whom I believe was the manager, I ordered a combo with medium fries and a large strawberry lemonade. I got the lemonade almost right away. I got more ice than lemonade. The cup was 3/4 full of ice. In my opinion, that reduces the amount of lemonade which is what I wanted. When I received my order, I wasn't sure if it was the correct order, because she neglected to give me a receipt. When I opened my bag, I found a small bag of fries and I had ordered a medium order. The tortilla on the burrito was hard on the edge, like when you leave the bag open and air dries out your tortillas. I informed a young man behind the counter that I had requested a medium order of fries and the manager must have overheard me because she came out and asked the young man what I wanted. He informed her of my complaint and she asked me, well do you want a medium order of fries??? and I said, that's what I asked for, but not anymore. She had an attitude which I didn't appreciate. Won't be coming back here...

The staff are friendly (for the most part) and the youngsters that work here tend to do a better job than the managers, Ophelia and Claudia. The quality needs to severely sharpen and a wash hands policy NEEDS to be enforced because I doubt this is the case with how atrocious this location’s restroom maintenance is. There should be NO excuse for that, especially if there are cameras! Ophelia will twist your words around, deny if you said something when she misinterpreted your order, and all-around has an excuse for everything that doesn’t meet her brain capacity because her broken English explains everything as she delivers words. You can hear the lie before she even speaks. She told me once I needed a doctor’s note, if I wanted to make a report when I got food poisoned. Like who the hell says that? No one was in line too and it had been nearly two hours after opening. Speaking of that, they leave their OPEN sign on when they do not even work the drive-thru around the clock. False advertising there. The managers flat out have bitchy attitudes and it shows making it a toxic workplace. I’m surprised they still have...

I had an offer in my mobile order: buy 1 burrito get 1 for free. Before paid I asked an employee would I get a free burrito, they said yes. I paid but in my order was only 1 burrito. When I asked them, the cleaning lady said I must pay for second one. I said that I asked the employee and they confirmed about 2 burritos. She said I had to call the manager. I asked for the manager and she said she was a manager. I asked her for second burrito and she said I must had to ask about this promo not the employee but her. So she rejected to give the burrito. I put the order back and asked for refund. She said she didn't get my money. I asked her name and she started ignoring me. I just stated making a claim, she noticed that and called the security. Of course nobody came due to ridiculously of situation, but she was hiding and trying to call somebody to kick me out. The employee guy just made another burrito. Thanks for him.
