The girl at the checkout was very unprofessional. I picked a dress which was on sale. ( The price displayed said 15% off where all these dresses were kept) The dress wasn't definitely misplaced and put there as the entire rack had same dresses). When I asked her the price after sale discount she said it's not on sale as the dresses had just arrived. When I pointed out that the dresses are kept right under the place that has a big sign that says 15% off she kept saying. I don't know I am not sure maybe or maybe not. And then proceeded to say do you want to buy the dress or not. When I pulled up the same dress from their online site, it said 30% off for the exact same dress. When I showed her the same she was very dismissive and made me feel very uncomfortable and unwelcome. It felt as if the clothes are on sale for some people and some people need to pay full price as per the person at the checkout . This place just went from being my family's favorite shopping place for clothes and accessories to being the one with a big no no for us. Thank you for showing us your true business ethics before we got too comfortable shopping...

The girl at the counter was very unwelcoming. Didn’t even greet me, but she was very friendly and helpful to the other woman in there, she literally look me down and couldn’t care less that I was in there. She saw me looking for items and didn’t offer any type of help which is unfortunate because there were so many cute things to buy. I had my mind set on a set of skirt with a top but couldn’t find any shoes or boots to match with them, maybe she stereotyped and assumed I couldn’t afford to buy anything. They had an awesome sale going on, it’s just too bad that because of this sales person they lost an opportunity to make money with me. Maybe try retraining your employees, otherwise you’ll lose a lot of money. And if your color of skin is not white I 100% not recommended...

Had a horrible experience with the staff..one of the most racist place I’ve visited. So the salesperson greeted and could care less if I was in the store. Then comes in an American and her tone and behavior completely transformed. Then walk in a couple of Indian girls, and she could care less..saw through them So I waited for sometime to be sure if I was making it up in my head. It was Friday, so luckily there were enough customers for me to draw a pattern. Never going back to this location, it’s sad because I like the clothes I wish I could give zero stars but will not let me...
