I recently had the pleasure of dining at the Just Poké restaurant, and let me tell you, it was an experience I won't soon forget. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by the vibrant atmosphere and the tantalizing aroma of fresh ingredients. But what truly made my visit exceptional was the outstanding service provided by one of the workers, a dynamo with red hair and bangs.
Despite being incredibly busy, this remarkable individual managed to maintain a level of professionalism and efficiency that left me in awe. Their attention to detail was impeccable, ensuring that each dish was crafted with precision and care. Despite the hustle and bustle of the restaurant, they never once lost their cool, instead, they greeted every customer with a warm smile and an eagerness to please.
Not only did they excel in their duties, but they also went above and beyond to ensure that every guest felt welcome and appreciated. Their passion for their work was evident in every interaction, and it truly added to the overall ambiance of the restaurant.
In addition to the exceptional service, the food at Just Poké was nothing short of divine. Each bite was bursting with flavor, thanks to the fresh and high-quality ingredients used in every dish. From traditional poké bowls to inventive creations, there was something for every palate to enjoy.
Overall, my experience at Just Poké was nothing short of phenomenal, thanks in large part to the amazing worker with red hair and bangs. Their dedication to their craft and commitment to excellence truly set this restaurant apart, and I cannot wait to return for another unforgettable...

TLDR: avoid ordering online unless they improve that aspect of the business.
When ordering online, they don't even bother to mark your order as ready so you know when to pick it up. I ordered 2-3 times and each time I waited 1+ hour until my order was "ready". After not seeing that update, decided to go there and ask for my order. To my surprise, it was ready a long time ago (imagine raw salmon being not refrigerated for 1+ hour! Customers can get sick from it).
Another thing to note is that if they are out of any item, they don't update their online inventory. What they do is they give you an extra portion of another item in your order (according to them). If a side item is out of stock, they will simply leave a note inside your pickup bag and refund the money. Not the best experience. They can just call the customer, can't they?
After reaching out to them, I got 2 gift cards to try them again.
Attempt #1: my order was not marked as ready to pickup when it was ready.
Attempt #2: since there is no way to leave a note order in their system (it is possible to have it since they use Square, but they just didn't set it up), I left a note in one of the items. The note said "please mark the order as ready to pickup when ready. If any any is missing, please call me". This time they did call me but instead of marking the order as ready to be picked it up, they marked it as completed. When you mark it as completed, the customer doesn't get a notification that is ready.
Hopefully they...
Read moreDecided to try Just Poke because my usual place was closed today. The place was welcoming.. unfortunately their staff are not. I was acknowledged by the guy behind the counter whom I could hardly hear and who had an annoyed tone in his voice any time I asked him for clarification. I made it to the register and paid for my food and heard the person behind me ordering avocado which I had forgot to order on my own bowl. The staff got her plate ready while letting her know avocado was at no charge. I told the guy at the register I had forgot to order avocado and if it was possible to get some on my bowl. He let me know this could be done. By this time I had already paid for my food. A girl behind the counter came back immediately saying she couldn't add avocado to my dish because my transaction had been closed out. At this point she didnt ask if I wanted to purchase the avocado on the side but simply told me even if I wanted to purchase it she couldnt do a $1.50 transaction for avocado…. ??
Being that I have worked in the service industry my entire life and have particularly worked with the POS system they have, I was left VERY confused about how a business cant open a separate transaction for a purchase? Still wondering if this was pure laziness or why someone behind me was offered FREE avocado and I wasn't offered to even purchase it. Possibly just a different catering for particular...
