One of the most unprofessional staff and worst experiences ever.
Took over an hour for the food to arrive. Most of it was just reheated Biryanis!!! The staff kept saying 5 minutes and 10 minutes repeatedly. When asked to speak with the manager, they didn’t even care to come talk.
Was continually prioritizing phone calls over attending to the waiting customers. I understand that things can get busy, but being transparent to the customers about wait times and being considerate is the minimum you expect from hospitality business.
If you don’t care to be treated properly or attended in a timely manner and only want some tasty food, this is definitely a good choice. Otherwise run away from here as far as possible.
Dear management, if you are reading this, please ask your staff to take a basic course in hospitality and customer experience.

Adding response to the management’s reply.
If you really appreciate your customers, start taking some accountability. The audacity of downplaying your mistakes and your inability to even empathize with your customer’s concerns is extremely off putting.
Firstly, you’re late by 25 minutes. Secondly, I clearly stated that the delay isn’t the main issue but your constant misleading assurances was the infuriating part. To highlight how horrible our experience was, we didn’t even care to come back for one chicken biryani you forgot to include.
Read that again, we preferred to lose money and let go of the food we ordered than deal with your extremely unpleasant staff and irresponsible management.
If you ever want to make things right, be honest, acknowledge your mistakes (dare I say, apologize!), and make sure your staff is properly trained in...
Read moreBeware of ordering via Uber eats or any other food delivery apps at this place. Occasionally I pick from this place and my favorite is their Mutton Fry Biryani. I ordered the same plus Chicken dum biryani via Uber eats from this restaurant and what I received was far from being appetizing, tasty and worth paying over $30 for. The mutton biryani was literally black in color, too spicy for a medium spice level that I ordered. The chicken biryani was equally unappetizing and merely stale, tasteless rice with few chicken pieces but atleast one could eat it. I called the restaurant and asked them about mutton biryani that it's completely different what the previous times and whether they sent me something else. After few minutes of conversation, they agreed to having put too much spice but no one cared enough to not send it to customer in the first place. I asked them what was their recourse and they said I could come in to pick new order but they can't deliver or refund it and that I should talk to Uber eats. I don't understand if I could pick it myself, why would I have used Uber Eats in the first place. Such experiences totally defeat the purpose of ordering from a restaurant if they can't deliver...
Read moreI recently had a carryout experience at Biryani Bowl, and I must say that the food quality left a positive impression. The flavors in the dishes were delightful, and I enjoyed the taste thoroughly.
However, one point of concern was the waiting time. Despite the restaurant being completely empty during my visit, I had to wait approximately 20-25 minutes for just two items. It would be great if they could work on improving the efficiency of their service.
On a positive note, the restaurant's location is excellent, situated in the prime area of Redmond, making it easily accessible to customers. This, in my opinion, makes it a promising choice not only for carryout but also for dining in. With the right improvements in service speed, it could become an even more attractive dining option.
In summary, while there is room for improvement in terms of service efficiency, the quality of the food and the prime location make Biryani Bowl a worthy consideration for both carryout and...
