I recently was able to get NBR extensions by Krista Storm and im already addicted! I had the best expirence ever and I will definatly be coming back for my follow up apts as well as getting new hair when time, its definatly worth every penny! The appointment was a little longer than a normal cut and color but I expected that and just made sure my day was open. The extensions are so comfortable and after a couple hours I didnt even feel them! Krista was so great making sure I was comfortable every second of the way, she was also efficient at making sure every bead was on correctly but also making sure I was comfortable! As for the look and feel of the extension they are incredible they look amazing, and you can really tell how high qaulity the hair is!! Im obsessed thank...

Overall, my experience with the stylist was ok. I gave the stylist the benefit of the doubt by giving her a chance to do my hair correcting the mistakes. On 07/10, she canceled my Saturday 07/12 hair appointment by text to say has to cancel. In addition to the concerns I mentioned, I was disappointed that I wasn't offered a referral or guidance on where to go for my extensions after the appointment ended unexpectedly. Lastly, I was deeply surprised by a false accusation regarding a comment I supposedly made- something I never said and have no knowledge of. It felt unfair and added to the discomfort of the experience. I hope this feedback is received constructively, as my intention is simply to share my experience. I LOVE this salon, I am from Phx and have been to a few salons and couldnt get calls back from other one .. BUT Lokal Salon was so welcoming and a great enviorment. I went in with yellow blonde hair and Lindsey got me to EXACTLY what i wanted that white blonde! Just a nice relaxing 2 hours! I TOTALLY recommend this salon to EVERYONE you wont be dissapointed!
