I was thoroughly unimpressed with the customer service experience I had. The representative I spoke with was condescending, speaking to me in a manner that made me feel belittled and unintelligent. I was particularly disturbed by their request to misrepresent information provided by another party regarding a certificate, including its value. This was a clear breach of my trust and a fundamental violation of my integrity.
Additionally, I was disappointed by the inconsistent information provided by the store staff. Initially, I was told one thing, only to have it contradicted later. This lack of transparency is unacceptable and left me questioning the company's credibility & most importantly, integrity.
To make matters worse, I was subjected to aggressive sales tactics aimed at my children(to get to me to buy products for them when that’s not what I wanted needed or asked for) When a simple resolution or refund couldn't be provided, the representative chose to be evasive and rude instead of being direct and respectful. I was taken aback by the tone and language used, which made me feel disrespected and unwelcome, and then my own personal integrity being questioned! Which is completely unacceptable.
As a result, I have decided to cancel my account permanently and will not be doing business with this company ever again. I expect a certain level of respect and professionalism from customer service representatives, and this company failed to meet those expectations. You can force products on me, but when it comes to a random stranger trying to force me to buy products for my children. I can 99% guarantee that customer service representative doesn’t have children. That’s a problem for me. You don’t get to tell me what to do as a parent. And most importantly, I don’t deserve normal, tolerate someone’s disrespectful tone and condescending manner. Lastly, they need to work on being honest and about when they are going to charge someone and how much! It’s unethical to charge your members illegally without providing them with some...
Read moreMelaleuca has left me so frustrated that I need to warn others. Their products are way too expensive, and the prices keep climbing faster than inflation. As a multilevel marketing company, they have annoying policies that feel like traps. If you don’t order every month, they automatically charge your card for a “back-up” order at full price. Then, they treat those orders like an afterthought, so you might wait up to 12 days for delivery—even though I live in the same state as their factory! Regular orders show up in a few days, so this feels like they’re punishing you for not shopping on their schedule. But the worst part? Their shady sales tactics. I bought a starter kit for my son-in-law, and he forgot about it. Melaleuca kept charging my card every month for products sent to him, and I didn’t notice for a while. When I called to stop it, they told me I couldn’t remove my card until he added a new payment method. I was furious—they were holding me responsible for someone else’s account! I had to go to my bank and cancel my card to make it stop. The products aren’t worth this headache. Melaleuca’s greedy policies and pushy practices are a...
Read moreCall center and store for a local wellness company. They specialize in cleaning products that contain their namesake, Melaleuca (tea tree) Oil, and health suppliments that they claim offer a wide variety of health benefits. From what I hear, this is a great place to work for college students attending the nearby Brigham Young University Idaho (BYU-Idaho). To purchase their products you need to be a member of the company and, like most direct sales companies, they require a monthly commitment of $60-80 in product...
