Amazon LGB8 — Local services in Rialto

Truckers! I've been here three times: twice in the late afternoon/evening and once at 4am on a Monday. Both times in the evening, there was a line stretching at least a quarter of a mile down the street, but the end of the line was in two different places.

Here's the best way to approach: The entrance is on Locust south of Renaissance (this is one block west of Linden). Drive south on Locust from Renaissance. LGB8 will be just past LGB7 on the left side.

When you see the entrance, the two left lanes are for live loads and live offloads. When I was here, drivers could drive straight into the driveway on this side.

If you are doing drop and hook, the right side is for you, and there's probably a line of trucks facing north waiting to get in. Continue south to the first intersection, which is Miro. The first time I was here, trucks were lined up on that street. The second time, the line continued on Locust.

If you see trucks turning into the line from Miro, continue south to Baseline and turn left. Then take the first left (Maple) or the second left (Linden). Take the next left onto Miro Way to join the line of trucks.

But if there are no trucks on Miro and instead you see a line of trucks facing you but not blocking the intersection, then turn left on Miro, then turn right on Maple or Linden, and then turn right onto Baseline to join the line.

You can read the other reviews to find out what a zoo this place is. From the moment I joined the line, it was 2 1/2 hours before I was at the guard shack both times. At 4am on a Monday, there was no line at all.

BUT: I always have a pleasant experience at the guard shack. The employees are friendly, professional, and helpful.

This is Amazon LGB8 in Los Angeles, USA. It is also one of the warehouses with poor service. The Amazon boss never knows how bad his warehouse is. It often happens that the unloading is slow for 6-8 hours, and the appointment ISA is suddenly changed or cancelled. The most disgusting thing is that the driver waits all day only to be told that your appointment has been cancelled or changed, making it even more distressing for more out-of-state trips and miles to get here, leaving the driver with nowhere to go with the cargo in the car Going, causing long-distance drivers to be stolen by thieves at some gas stations, warehouses like this cannot normally receive goods and must be notified 12 hours in advance, plus the speed of on-site unloading reaches more than 6 hours, California has been blocked by such Amazon. Got there at 6:30pm & Was fifth in line took almost 3hrs 9:14 to enter premises. Driving 16ft box truck not dock high.Told to pull over and park until they find a door or figure things out. @ 10:25 went searching for answers was told by a supervisor a team of ppl were being put together to help.@ 11:35 was told to park by door s111 where the ramp is at.. Thought I was gonna get unloaded by a forklift but was told I have to unload the 5 pallets box for box. I don't work for Amazon but worked at a warehouse that did orders for them.So I unloaded it all by myself even made sure all labels were facing out how Amazon likes. 2 girls that work there after all I did gonna tell me I have to wrap them up also. Oh forgot to tell you these same 2 girls watched me unload my 5 pallets box for box the whole time just standing there. I didn't wrap the pallets and told them in a frustrating but,not mean way that that's not gonna happen.moral of the story is it's not very organized, everyone works at a snails pace or not at all and ppl always want you to do their jobs if they can get away with it. it's a hurry up and wait...
