Krak Boba — Restaurant in Rialto

I went in today to get my usual Boba drink, but this time some of the Boba was hard I had called and they said that they could give me a refund or a discount. But once I went in store, one of the girls kept going back and forth with me giving me attitude and saying how they already tried the Boba and how she asked multiple customers how their Boba was after I called and that they all said it was fine almost refusing to remake my drink And didn’t offer me a refund. While they were making my Boba, one of the girls told the other that she was gonna try the Boba in front of me to show me that it wasn’t hard mocking and making fun of the situation because she never did try it. I would have been fine if they would’ve just said OK I’m so sorry about that and remade made the drink But unfortunately, that’s not what happened. Bad...

I love Krak boba and was really excited that there was one close to my home, as I have been driving to Redlands prior to knowing Rialto was here. Unfortunately, I will be continuing to drive to Redlands after my experience this evening. For one, the employees working tonight did not provide a welcoming atmosphere - they seemed to be friends hanging out more than friends working. They were also playing music with foul language which doesn’t seem appropriate for a boba spot. As for my drink, I ordered the guerilla Thai as I often do and it wasn’t well blended (had more of a liquid consistency rather than a blended icee), there was hardly any sea salt foam on the top and there were many boba pieces that were hard. We have been going here for the past 3 weeks or so whilst on their soft opening so everything has been $5 bucks, so far our experience has been really good. Their selections have all come out very tasty and staff is very friendly and accommodating. I always try Mango or Matcha first for any bobas place that we try the first time. I have tried the Matcha Prince/Matcha Storm and both satisfied my cravings, even though I tone down my sugar content to 25%. I have tried the Mango Tango, Taro twist and King Brulee, all were really good.
