I must say, the Smoke City Tobacco shop has become my go-to place for premium tobacco products. Their variety and quality are unmatched, and the customer service is top-notch.

However, I can't help but express my disappointment with the pricing of their kratom products. While the quality is decent, the cost is exorbitant compared to other vendors in the market. As someone who values fair pricing, I find it hard to justify purchasing kratom from this shop when there are more affordable options available elsewhere.

Nevertheless, if you're looking for exceptional tobacco products and exceptional service, Smoke City Tobacco is the place to go. But I do hope they reconsider their pricing strategy for their kratom selection to make it more...

This place is a gem. There's everything one needs, and nothing you don't. High quality and high potency everywhere, plus reasonable prices. Ahmad was extremely knowledgeable, which made all the difference. This place is a must------and I have to just say something to Christopher, mr 1 star rating: I don't know of any business that specifically orders a product for an individual customer regardless of how important you think you are or whatever because you buy some amount of something. These guys are awesome, and them not carrying what YOU specifically want doesn't merit a 1 star. Your post is worthless...

Went in asking for a delta 9 or THC vape, the guy told me it was THC but it said “shrooms” on it. On my end I should’ve said no thank you or read the box clearly. If you know that the product is NOT what the customer is asking for then why pull it out in the first place?? I got home to read more on the box and I was sold a mushroom disposable vape! Even after asking him several times if it’s not shrooms he kept saying no it’s not and wanted me to try it in store??? Not only that but when I got home you could clearly tell they’ve opened the box and have had people try it 🤢. Please stay away...
