Am sooo disgusted by this place you have no idea. It's very hard for me to say that since I have been coming to this place for years and never had a problem at all. Everyone is very pleasant and kind, would never had imagined that this would happen to me. Just recently this past Saturday my sister and I went to this liquor store and was in the back LITERALLY just trying to find her boyfriends brand beer that he drinks, while my sister and I was looking, this older black gentlemen came up to both my sister and I and told us that this clerk was watching my sister and I to see if we were stealing and he that he had to tell off this man by judging us for doing so. My sister and I was SHOCKED as ALL we were doing was looking for beer. Am still disgusted by this that someone from that store (and it's the clerk that wear shorts all the time and I have talked and chitchatted with him and he's seen both my mom and I in the store before) would look at us like that! My sister was upset and asked this man why would he make assumption like that and he could not say NOTHING. That tells it all. It's very sad that as a colored person I have to be viewed like this, it's disgusting and I hope that race discrimination STOPS. I also hope that this store takes this seriously, because this is something not to just sit back and ignore. Needless to say I will never come back to this store and that's very sad because I NEVER had a problem with this place before until what happened to me...
Read moreMi wife and I went at 2:00pm and we forgot our wallets since we had just gone out of the gym. We’ve never had issues at any of the Richfield locations. She told us we couldn’t purchase anything since we only had photos of our IDs—which is understandable. I go back to the car and get my physical ID. I’m back in her line and she IDs me. She then turns to my wife (who is not paying) and asks for hers. My wife said she didn’t have it on her. Angie right away told her she needs to go to the corner and should not be here. I was angry cause there’s a way to talk to someone when these things happen. My wife and I are both 24, and I understand following rules. However, tone in a customer service place is incredibly important. She was demeaning and made my wife feel like she genuinely did something wrong. It left a very sour taste in our mouths. She could have politely asked or have a more sincere tone. It sucks to be treated poorly when you are a...
Read moreDo not shop here! I went in this store earlier today carrying a reusable Target bag full of groceries, and after about five minutes of not finding what I was looking for, left. I was then very rudely confronted in the parking lot by an employee who asked to look inside my bag, claiming I stole something. When I refused, he stated that he could forcibly look if he wanted to, and that's when I walked away, frankly shocked at how I was treated. This is most certainly the worst customer service I've ever experienced, and will never...
