The Team Member I had the pleasure of working with this Tuesday evening was Tonya W. and she was phenomenal! I'd highly recommend going to this location just for her! š My friends iPhone 11 was stuck with voiceover on and was she locked out for almost 6 hours when we decided to go to AT&T to get help. Tonya informed us that the Apple store at the MOA would just encourage buying a new phone and not fix our problem. Tonya recommended going to Best Buy and having Geek Squad take a look. After their help at BestBuy, which wasn't long, I'm thankful for Tonya W. being so helpful and informative/knowledgeable because it helped saved a lot of time and headaches. Will definitely recommend to friends/family and I will be coming back here when I need help again.

The person who answered was absolutely without a clue. They told me Iād have to call my current provider, get a transfer PIN and my account number, then they told me they didnāt allow trade ins for IPhone 15 Pro. I told her that the website said they did, at which time she asked another employee and gave the phone over to them. He explained they do allow trade ins, but that she was confused by āthe verbiageā. What? How hard is it to understand a question about trading in another phone? So, I called the St. Paul store which had an informed and customer focused employee. They told me that they can do all of the transfers using my app in my phone. They also told me about all the features of the iPhone 15s. They also told me the exact trade in amount and about promotions. Needless to say, thatās where Iām taking my business today. My mom was very hesitant to do this because it was important to her that she was able to keep my sister phone and everything on it. Once arriving to the store, we were helped by Andrea, who turned out to be absolutely amazing. Not only was she able to help us make all the necessary changes to our account and upgrade our phones, she was incredibly kind, empathetic and personable. She was so understanding towards my mom who had a really hard time presenting the death certificate and. Explaining why we needed to cancel my sisters phone line.
