Adom Market — Local services in Richfield

My wife and I visited for the first time today to learn about ingredients for cooking African food at home. The people in the store gave us a very friendly greeting and encouraged us to ask questions. The items in the store mostly reflect west African cuisine, with some ingredients imported directly from Ghana (where the store staff are from) or Cameroon. The staff speak Twi as well as English. We bought fufu flour, which we have used occasionally for years, and a new product we discovered there: kenkey, dried fermented corn (maize) dough. We enjoyed our visit to the store. I will note that Adom Market is NOT an Ethiopian grocery store (which is the Google search that took us there).
