Went in to compare camera phones because I use them for work. Mike pretended to help me out. I came in wanting to compare two phones I had already picked out. Mike proceeded to tell me incorrectly what the camera specs were. I ended up sitting on the chair and using google to answer my questions which is what he suggested. The whole situation seemed pretty chill. Until he told me “I was doing too much” when I asked if we could compare the picture quality for each of the phones. We brought my mother in there and we were greeted right away by Tyrone. He gave us the most wonderful outstanding customer service which you just can’t find to often today. Nick also helped me choose the best option. I went with a Motorola. They even stayed after hours just to make sure everything was set up right.
