I usually have a great experience at this location, but this afternoon there was a young immature girl working that had an attitude as soon as I started my order, I ordered a bowl but wanted it modified without the crab meat and substitute for spicy salmon. Now I understand that they charge charge for the upgrade which I don’t have a problem paying for, but she is the only person that ever charges me for upgrading it not even the manager has charged me for the upgrade. She continued to make my bowl with an attitude, she kept taking deep breaths like I was bothering her to do her job, she kept saying girl under her breath (I’m 40 not a little girl). When we got time for me to check out. I had a free bowl for my Stamps being punched and she told me since I got the salmon it made it over $16 so I couldn’t use my free bowl. Mind you all the stamps I had on that card plus a new one came from that same modified bowl. I then asked to speak to the manager, the manager that sold the same bowl modified and stamped my card many of times came out and the girl even gave her manager attitude. The problem was not resolved I told the manger thank you for trying but I can’t deal with that kind of attitude where I choose to spend my money. It’s not that I have a problem paying for my modifications. The problem is she is the only one being rude trying...

I built my own and my husband picked the Volcano from the menu. We were both very happy with our bowls and gobbled them up and overall we will probably be back!

The selection when there for the first time is a bit overwhelming, especially if you are building your own. There aren't any descriptions on the menu and the staff didn't really explain the options either. Granted most of it is self explanatory, but I don't know what Yalah Poke is.

I got ahi tuna and while a little fishy in taste, it was better than what you can usually get in MN for the price. The toppings also were more the star than the actual fish. My husband said his selection was fresh and not fishy at all. We did go get it at the end of the day so perhaps that had some impact on my fish.

The inside is casual and doesn't smell of fish at all (always a good sign). The protein scoops were measured with an ice cream scoop, and were exact (so only up to the edge of the scoop). I felt later that I should have gone for 3 scoops as I finished my fish waaaay before anything else.

My bowl - white rice, ahi tuna, green onions, sweet onions, sesame yuzu, pickled ginger, furikake, and garlic chips. (probably could have done without the ginger, mainly cuz they gave me a giant scoop, but everything else...

I have been coming here and always enjoyed the quality of the food for a few years now as I live close by but On May 15th at 11am I placed a order through Toast and went to pick it up on my way to work so I would have food for my long work day. I waited until close to the pick up time to leave and when I went to pick it up I was told the order never came through. I had to leave for work and could not wait and asked how I could be refunded. The person working said I’d have to contact toast. She offered no apology or concession. Just that it didn’t go through instead of being accountable and saying I didn’t see the order I’m sorry, let me get my manager or call him/her. I called the store after I left but no one answered. So I called the number on their website and it went to the Apple Valley store where the manager apologized and said he would refund me and send me a gift card. I did get the gift card but it’s for the Apple Valley location. It’s been almost a month and I still have not received a refund for the food I ordered on my credit card as promised. I’m really disappointed but I can’t continue to come here if I do not receive my orders or are refunded for ones I don’t receive. It’s too bad because I do...

I love this place. I go here continually and it serves great food. However, ordering online is a complete mess. Multiple times I have not received what I ordered with my name on it. Today, I was not given the seaweed salad I spent $2 extra on or the extra protein I bought. The order with less meat looked fuller, whereas the one bought for my dad with the additional things was very disappointing. I tried to call two times afterwards, but I was not answered. It's one thing to occasionally mess up. However, it's been messed up multiple times and the employees do not do anything to help. If you want to have a good experience here, go in person.

Have been driving by here for a couple of months and I finally gave it a try. Super accommodating servers who did not make you feel like you were rushed nor do they want to push you out the door they took their time and really got us what we came for with awesome experience. The food itself was very delicious I opted for the quinoa and salmon and made it a little extra spicy since I like my spicy food. Check them out if you are near the Richfield area, also a more healthier option compared to the surrounding eats.
