We ordered as they were trying to close an hour early or at least what they looked like, because the guy that was taking our order was getting water for the floor on the way back. After we ordered the guy went into the back and got a bucket of water poured it on the floor and started scrub brushing it. He seen that our order was ready for him to finish, so he sets down the brush goes to our bowls with no gloves nor washing his hands. He “adds” the final touches to our order and I ask another employee who is at the cash register now if they always work with no gloves on. He said, “yes because we wash our hands every half hour”🤢 this guy touched the register, a mop bucket, and a deck brush before touching our food and your telling me that is sanitary let alone during the current pandemic?! The guy making our food looked behind him towards me and the employee I’m having a conversation with said and did nothing but continued to make our food without washing his hands and putting on gloves. We get our food, not only do I not eat mine because now I’m grossed out but they messed up our order. My father is a diabetic and is limited on what he can eat due to that, but I told him how noodle and company is a great place because they have options for him. So he ordered the cauliflower ragitoni in a light onion sauce with shrimp. They didn’t give him cauliflower noodles nor did they give him shrimp. And after eating his sugar was up much higher than they are suppose to be as a result of eating normal noodles. My husband order the bbq pork Mac and cheese with little pork and little bbq, even though I paid extra for extra bbq. The only thing they got right was the tofu pad Thai for my daughter. I never saw an end date for that promo on the company press release so I thought it must still be going on. When I placed my order the staff at check out very rudely scoffed & pointed out that they don’t offer that anymore & condescendingly remarked that it ended “a long time ago.” I also had to wait a couple of minutes just to have them walk up to the register & be ready to take my order even though I was the only customer in the restaurant. So that was a terrible customer service experience to begin with & this was my first time going to Noodles & Co. in over a decade. Second, I ordered the kids meal for my daughter & only received one of the two side. I didn’t realize this until after I had driven home. Third, we thought we’d try the potstickers and were not only disappointed by the flavor but also the fact that we were given 5 when the online menu appeared to show 6 per order. There were other little things like not being asked if it was for carry out or eating in the restaurant. I was also not offered a receipt. It was a huge disappointment & I wish I could have my money back. I feel worse after going there than if I had went somewhere else. Both female workers who waited on us were incredibly rude and didn’t care they messed up our orders TWICE. The one who took our order was not paying attention at all which justify’s why it was wrong. After telling them that order was wrong, our OTHER friend also had their order messed up. We did not receive one apology or sign of empathy from them - rather when they dropped off our food we were told to move tables because the table we ate 75% of our food at was “closed.” We were already almost done eating but she made us pack up our stuff and move to another table after delivering our messed up order. Instead, we left. Not sure if this was your manager but I fully understand some tables are closed for safety and COVID concerns but when NO ONE ELSE is in the restaurant but us, this is outright insanity to make your guests move.
