Firehouse Subs Riverdale — Restaurant in Riverdale

I've eaten at multiple Firehouses, most of them on the east coast. This is by far the worst one I've ever eaten at. They routinely have issues that are baffling to me - no roast beef, no meatballs, no peppers, no large bags to put a sandwich in.

I have called in the past to inquire whether they had meatballs in stock before I ordered on the app. Once I received a response asking me if I wanted meatballs today. I of course said yes and the employee said that they just received a shipment and they were not ready for that day. The next time I called with the same question, the employee responded with silence and then said the phone was breaking up. I tried to call three more times immediately afterwards - they hung up the first two and then on the third they sighed, said "Again?" and hung up.

I have ordered a roast beef sandwich many times and have either been told that they have no roast beef (how is this possible for a sandwich restaurant?) or I picked up the food and found that the sandwich was half ham and half roast beef because I assume they inexplicably ran out of roast beef.

Also, they almost never provide pickles with the order which I also don't know is simply due to their incompetence or because they somehow don't have pickles in stock.

Easily the worst Firehouse experience...

There were no drinks only diet ones and the lids were not available for large drinks. And the staff was rude and cold and when we got there was no one in front of us and we had to wait 10 minutes to order are food and we had to wait 15 minutes for are food. When we were standing waiting for them to take are order it felt like they didn’t want to talk to anyone. There was no meat or soda in there refrigerators they were both empty. And when we were eating are food there were people that were coming in and standing there for 15 minutes to order there food and they said that is was going to be a 30 minute wait to get there food and a lot of people nether walking out because they didn’t want to wait 30 minutes for there food but when the employees said that they said it every meanly. There were people that were ordering there food and the employees told them that they were out of meat for that sandwich and the people said to them that they will not be coming back again. There were other people that were waiting for there food and when they got there food and they told the people that they weren’t going...

We ordered 3 subs all together. We asked for one of those to be split in 2. That didn't happen like they indicated would. The steak and cheese was a complete disaster. There was more mayo on the sandwich then there was meat. There was 1 slice of bell pepper and 2 mushrooms which I paid extra for. My husband went up and ordered a second one with extra meat and no cheese because I'm ALLERGIC to cheese. We paid for this one too. Got the sandwich. It had cheese on it. I finally asked for a manager and told him the problem. He was not very nice about it. Now onto sub number 3. Took 15 minutes to receive it. Finally made right. Cold. Another customer started to talk trash about us to an employee only a few feet away from us at the drink station and the employee complained back. That's so highly degrading and disrespectful. The whole crew and restaurant is a mess. There was only 2 other tables that had people at it. It was not busy. The service SUCKED. The food was messed up 3 times in a row. We paid out 40 dollars for some sandwiches that were subpar to say the least. We will...
