Had a loveseat delivered, after a few days noticed that back of loveseat was broken. When I went talk to the owner there, he immediately stated that his two guys that delivered it would never deliver anything that was broken and then accused me of damaging the sofa while it was in my possession. I'm 67 years old, retired Veteran. Why would I lie? I will be out in front of the store beginning 12 March 2025 protesting my treatment and their horrible customer service. Let me be perfectly clear, 30 seconds after I attempted to show a video of the broken furniture, he IMMEDIATELY accused me of breaking it after it was delivered and in my possession for maybe 5 days. I live alone, NO ONE sat on the love seat! My son put his hand on the back of it and told me hey Dad this is broken. De Zavala furniture IMMEDIATELY accused me of breaking it! Zavala's Furniture in Rockport, TX was a wonderful surprise. We had shopped Corpus Christie and surrounding area for recliners to place in our RV. We were ready to give up. Then walked into Zavala's. Andrew was a very knowledgeable, charismatic, family man. He treated us like we were his only customer. His dad came in to the store in the midst of our shopping and jumped in to assure all our needs were met. Best furniture buying experience ever. I went in expecting to just look around and ended up with a new mattress, sofa and recliner. They have items to fit every budget. The quality of the what I bought was exceptional and I found the same things being sold on online for more. Their friendly and knowledgeable staff really listened to my needs and helped me find exactly what I was looking for. I would definitely recommend Zavala's Furniture to my friends and family....
