Chico's — Local services in Rockwall

My sister and I went to the Chico store in Rockwall, TX yesterday about 10 minutes before closing time. The door was locked and the sales lady was at the register. I pulled on the door several times. She came over, opened the door and said “we are closed”. I said there is still 7 minutes left to shop. This is black Friday weekend. My sister needs a pair of pants. She said “I’ve already closed out the register.” I told her I’m sure the corporate office would love to know that she closed the store 10 minutes before time on Black Friday Weekend! She may get away with that on any other day….but not the biggest sales Weekend of the year! We wouldn’t buy from that store again if you begged us. We will continue to shop at our store in Firewheel Mall in Garland however. You may need to check on that...

Danielle and Cynthia are the best! I love this location in Rockwall. They are sweet, helpful and are great stylist. On my first visit I was greeted with such a warm welcome.I was asked if I needed help, I told them this was my first visit and I didn't know what size I wore in this brand. They took the time to help me figure that out. In one week I went in 3 times.These ladies are fabulous! I have a new wardrobe and forever friends! I wish I knew all of the ladies names to thank each one for all their help...

To whoever it may concern I’m a very displeased customer.I came in the store with my daughter around 3:40 or 4:15 pm 9/21/25 and was not greeted or welcomed I felt like I had to pay your employees to talk to me . I’m very disappointed in your store . I don’t know if it’s because my ethnicity or the way I looked but I can assure you I could buy at your store . I have never seen anybody so negligent...
