I was in your Rosedale MN store this afternoon and selected a number of items to purchase. I asked the cashier if I could use the restroom and they informed me that it is not a public restroom. She suggested that I go next-door to use their bathroom. Mind you I was at the store next-door and I spent $20 there. I went back to the neighboring store and used the restroom. It is unacceptable that you do not have a public bathroom. I am a senior citizen and need to have access to the a restoom. My question is why would I spend $70-$80 at a store that doesnât have a public bathroom Thereâs a problem with that question. There is a problem with that situation. I used to shop at Lane Bryant quite frequently. However now I donât think Iâll be shopping at your store ever again. It is unacceptable that you donât have a public bathroom for your customers. I was willing to spend over $75 in your store. Can.Lane Brian sustain those type of losses in their customer sales.? Itâs on you what you do with that information but I think itâs really important for you to re-look at that policy because I donât wanna shop at a store that I canât go to the bathroom if I need to in the middle of my shopping. I mightâve been spending well over $100 had I had opportunity to take a little rest and relieve myself. And this was a cash purchase so do with it what you can or what you...
Read moreMostly good. The first lady who greeted me was kind but the lady helping me with bra shopping, was not the best. She was knowledgeable but a bit snappy. I knew my bra size and grabbed one that I thought I would like. When she saw what I grabbed she said "no. You'll like these better" and signaled me to walk with her over to a different type of bra and had me go in with both of them. I didn't find this polite. From someone who works in retail, that's not the correct way to do recommendations. I got into the fitting room and the band size was not working so I asked for a sister size up. Instead of just grabbing me one or politely asking if I needed a bra sizing. She asked if I needed to be resized and I said no because I was just resized a month or two ago. Then she got a bit stern and asked again, grabbing the measuring tape. I just nodded and accept it. I was the size I said so we just tried a sister size and it worked. I left with a bra and a tank top. I don't think I'll be coming back to...
Read moreI tried to return a swimsuit and they told me I was passed the deadline for returns. She said I only had 30 days. It had been 44. She said if you had a Lane Bryant card I could return it for you! Omg. I will literally never buy anything from this company again. The price of their swimsuits is outrageous and now I am stuck with one that doesn't fit. Shame on you Lane Bryant for quietly changing your return policy during a pandemic! And to tell me I need your credit card to return unworn items to your store is absurd. Disgusting. Worst customer service ever. We should start a trend on social media to ban...
