A MIRACLE IN Roseville
If I could give 10 stars, I would. This Noodles & Company location isn’t just a restaurant, it’s a sanctuary. A beacon of hope in my life when I needed it most.
I recently went through surgery, which came after a string of events that left me drained, both mentally and physically. Recovery has been a winding road of discomfort, frustration, and exhaustion, but today? Today, I found solace in the most unexpected place: Noodles & Company.
From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with kindness, REAL kindness from Balthazar . Not the forced, soulless script you get at most chains. The counter worker Balthazar (who deserves an award) went above and beyond and gave us drinks for free. Did I expect this generosity? No. Did it feel like the universe was giving me the tiniest bit of grace during one of the most chaotic times of my life? Absolutely.
I sat down with my free drink in hand, feeling seen. Feeling cared for. And then came the food. Let me tell you, no words could do justice to the healing properties of their perfectly cooked noodles. It was as if each bite whispered, “You’re going to be okay. Keep going.” I don’t know what kind of magic the chefs work here, but I’m convinced they aren’t just making food, they’re crafting hope on a plate.
The entire experience left me feeling restored. If you’re going through it, like really going through it… do yourself a favor and come here. Because sometimes, the smallest acts of kindness are what you need to turn a day, or even a life, around.
To the team at Noodles & Company: thank you. You didn’t just feed me,...
Read more(Strange) but true story: I’m a perimenopausal woman who was hit today with an inexplicable craving for 3 cheese tortellini while I was out driving. For whatever reason, my hormones needed it and I couldn’t stop crying as I drove around trying to find some. With the help of my trusty GPS I realized there was a Noodles just 3 minutes away. After collecting myself, I went inside where I was greeted by Jonah, who didn’t flinch at my tear-stained face or my confusion when I couldn’t find “3-cheese tortellini” listed on the menu. He kindly explained that I could replace tortellini with any of the menu items and helpfully suggested 3 choices that might go best. (I’d list them, but have forgotten the choices in my brainfog and don’t want to add to the awkward by going back to the cashier stand to look at the menu while typing this review. 😊 Looking at the receipt, I see we went with the Garlic Cream, which I got with a shrimp protein at his suggestion.) When the food came, Jonah delivered it to my table with the napkins and fork plated, like it would be at a fine dining establishment. His food drop was 5 star in its placement on the table. Not only was his service outstanding, he also greeted and said goodbye to each of the coming and going guests. Thank you, Jonah, for turning my hormonal hell into a wonderful experience. I hope your managers read this and give you a raise and...
Read moreMy first time here. Walking in, first impression was very nice. It was clean, the folks were rustling around doing work. Menu all over the walls lol. I was able to look over it without being bothered. I got 2 dishes, zucchini noodle orange chicken and the Japanese pan fried noodles with marinated steak. The first one was wonderful! The zucchini noodles were crisp and flavorful, chicken was tender and the flavors mixed well. The second, I don't really like these noodles, but that's a preference, however they were full of flavor (I just don't like so much noodle, too thick for my taste). The steak bits were awesome, tender for thin strips, absolutely awesome, not enough for the meal though. Mushrooms are added to help make it look like more. The mushrooms were unexpected but I must've missed it in the description. Service was wonderful, very nice folks and quick cooking.
I'll...
