I came by to purchase my daughter’s annual Christmas ornament. Every year I would go to a Hallmark and carefully open the box, unwrap the tissue paper and inspect the ornament. Yes, I am picky and don’t want a gash or a crack on a $17 ornament.
So a lady walks up directly towards me and asks if she can help me and I tell her no thank you and that I am just making sure the ornament is in good condition. She starts to unwrap and rewrap the box I looked at. I showed her the crack but she just looked at it and wrapped it back up telling me she’s rewrapping it because “My customers are picky too”. I opened box #2 and it had a gash on the velvet so I asked if she wants to rewrap that one also and handed it to her.
She stands super close to me and organizes the ornaments that are barely touched like I had made a big mess. She hovers right there trying to make me feel uncomfortable. Thank goodness box #3 didn’t have major flaws because she would have had to put in some extra work rewrapping an ornament that I always make sure to rewrap neatly.
Got annoyed thinking about this petty situation and decided to be petty and write this review. 1. I am also a PAYING customer. 2. If YOUR customer is also picky then they aren’t going want those 2 you rewrapped. Have a Snickers you grump! lol

The manager was rude and even though she could see I was a top long-term, loyal customer the Manager would NOT recignrec my email coupons and rewards even though she could see it. I called corporate and I returned to store & Lou (manager) ranted about being a manager for ten years. I explained clearly and verified that I was a top member. Lou absolutely refused to assist me with my concern. She actually accusd me of not calling Corporate and said they are not open on a holiday even, I have three with esses that heard (two other customers, & my 31 year old son heard the whole thing. She basically was saying I liked about calling, not true I did. Then I looked at the receipt and there is nothing to respond to regarding our experience with the store. I .felt very uncomfortable and with all the help she refused under all circumstances to assist me . The information she plainky told me was here us your $2 but that's all I am giving you. I am following this through and I did get my rewards and was verified that I had a $20 one, a $8.00 one...
Read moreThe employees are extremely rude and unprofessional. I walked in and completely minded my business to purchase a (squishmallow) stuffed animal for my brother as a christmas gift. There were many people in the small store which the workers did nothing to control it, you could’ve at least had a certain amount of people entering the store. This location is tight and small. As I was waiting for checkout the workers stood around the registers and did not guide anyone where to go to, so as soon as I asked what register is open, one of them replied, “Well I guess here!” in a horrible tone of voice. She then slammed my gift into the bag and passive aggressively told me to “Have a good day”. Their attitude is not it and they should not treat their customers this way.
