I hired Charcutemarie for a gathering of 35-40 people, two families meeting for the first time before a wedding. Communication with Marie (I was about 1500 miles away at the time) was seamless, and I felt perfectly comfortable having her team provide their services while no one was at the house. When everyone got there for our celebration, every single person in attendance was in awe of what she had done … in fact, people had to be encouraged to eat, as no one wanted to disturb the artistry. Will not own up to own mistakes. Make sure you call first. All that I did was ask for was food to be broken up into two tables and per contract it stated I had someone for up to 5 hrs was told no I don't do that. That is when I decided to go else where. Mind you this was only 15 business days after the retainer fee was due to be paid. Also after I had paid it early. I have a total of 8 emails from her and I called her twice.
