My first experience at this store was good. Despite being crowed and not welcomed or greeted by anyone, when we did speak with someone she was very nice and personable. But after going back to the store in 12/29/21 for my fiancé to pick up his tuxedo, I vowed after we return this tuxedo we will NEVER go to Men's Warehouse EVER again!!! We were greeted by the most obnoxious, nonchalant, don't care employee I've ever encountered in my life. I don't know his name but he was a tall slim young male dressed in a navy blue dress shirt and light blue or gray pants. He led my fiancé to the dressing room to try on the Tuxedo, my fiancé shows home the vest is too small and it's not the vest we ordered. This employee just stood there with his hands in his pocket. Socmy fiancé repeated himself. Agaib, the employee just stood there mumbling. I said to him this vest is too small abd not the correct one. It's supposed to be the vest without the back. When we placed the order that is what the female said. Again he just stood there and said,, I don't know why she said that. By this time I'm very frustrated with his nonsense. So I tell him to get the female that took our original order. He slowly walks over as if he really doesn't want to and gets her. She checks the vest and agree it's the wrong vest. She says she'll order it and guarantee it will be there 12/30/21, and she goes back to doing her work.
Next, my fiancé tries on the tuxedo coat. The sleeves are too long. I look at the male employee and say the sleeves need to be altered. Again, this young employee just stands there with his hands in his pocket mumbling. Now I remind you, all of this is being done outside the dressing room door. Not in the mirror on the alteration stool. So I tell him get someone to measure these sleeves. He gets this female from the back. She takes my fiancé to alteration stool and measures the sleeves and walk away. So we're just standing there because she never said I'm done, ok, or anything. Then after asking, the male employee says she's done. He then tells us to return tomorrow for the jacket. Someone needs to teach this young male employee about manners and great customer service. He also needs to learn how to be a mature professional employee.
The female that took our original order told us to wait for the jacket and return 12/30/21 after receiving email for the vest. She then made sure the rest of the tuxedo fits. She also put the tuxedo back in the garment bag very nice and neat.
Today, 12/30/21 as of 6:46pm, we have no email. So we called several times, to avoid going to the store for nothing and no one answers the phone!!! This vest is needed 12/31/21!!!!! This...
Read moreI had the worst experience last week at this store. I came in with my son and daughter to purchase a suit for my son’s senior prom. My son and daughter proceeded to the back of the store where there was a lady named Shannon sitting at the back table. She never smiled, stood up or greeted us. We sat down and I asked her about a couple suits for my son’s prom. She never made eye contact. She finally stood up and grabbed a suit that was $99. She said this the tuxedo jacket you’re looking for. I said no I’m not the suit looks very cheap. What else do you have? I’m not looking for a price. I’m looking for Great quality and something that looks very nice. She’s picking up all of these jackets, but never once Measured my son. She was picking out ties and things that I asked In a very rude way, she even made my son feel uncomfortable and she took away the wonderful experience. It wasn’t until we sat back down and she thought we were renting the suit when I told I am here to buy I don’t rent suits I buy them. Her demeanor changed. When she realized that I was a buyer. I could see that she knew in her eyes she made a mistake and she stereotyped and judged us. I spent over $600 that day in the store because I was there to buy my son his suit And also there to purchase another suit for him for college. Shannon is the general manager of that store and she should never think that it is OK to judge anyone By their looks or color of their skin. We came professional, happy and in great spirits, and left with a negative feeling. And she ruined the moment for my son’s fitting of his suit for senior prom. I personally feel like she needs to be disciplined for what she did because we are not the only customer this happen too, they completely ignored another family that was standing in the back to be fitted for prom we overheard the people say they were the ones who called about a $99 suit for rent. Even when we left the store, the people were still standing in the back It was very disgusting to see. Also, there was another young black young lady employee that was at work with a bonnet or scarf on her head and she also did not smile or speak to us and that is unacceptable. In conclusion, I will not be back to this store. Which is unfortunate because not all the employees have that same attitude as the general Manager...
Read moreIf I could give zero stars I would. I came here to purchase a suit (jacket, vest and pant) for my dad. There were 6-8 workers and only 2 other customers besides us. No one greeted us when we walked in nor did anyone helped us. We had to find the right size and fit on our own while the team was just chatting away and were having their own tux try on party. When we were almost done, someone finally approached us to inform us that the store was closing soon. We wrapped up and headed to the cash register where we continued to get no help. I was about to walk out and not purchase anything when my husband walked to the back by the fitting rooms where the entire staff was hanging out to ask if there was a self check out. One associate responded no, and then got up to follow my husband to the cash register. Soon after, another associate followed her to help. After paying $500+ for my dad's suit, the cashier put my dad's suit in a plastic bag. I asked my husband how come the tux he purchased from Men's Wearhouse was placed in a garment bag, and why is the cashier going to put my dad's suit in a plastic bag. The other associate who came to help heard my question and asked how long ago did we made the purchase. I replied couple months ago. He then asked if it was from their store, which I responded no. He replied saying their store has a different policy and that they do not give out garment bags. Instead he tried selling us a garment bag for $40. ARE YOU F*EN SERIOUS!?!? They have a whole rack next to the cash register full of outfits inside garment bags. We purchased the suit, we did not rent the suit. We just spent $500+ and all we get is a cheap plastic bag. How can one Men's Wearhouse differ from another when they should have the same company mission and values?!?! They should treat all their customers the same. Maybe because we were the only ASIAN people in their store that's why no one bothered to help us. If you are NOT black or white, DO NOT SHOP AT THIS STORE. If we did not need to buy a suit for my dad, we would have left...
