Golden Gypsy — Local services in Saint Augustine

Came here at 10:10am to exchange my dresses that I brought the previous day and didnt fit right however i showed up the girl was very rude pushed me almost out of the way yelling at me they are not open yet which i said thats ok i will wait so i stood to the side she continue to come near me once with a big painting yelling at me im in the way. First off there is a way to talk to customers and treat people. I am a fellow business owner and have NEVER had someone treat me this way to almost pushing into me several times as i stood outside the store in several different areas to get out of the way. I did not mind waiting at all as this is the only store i needed to go to as we are leaving to head back to SC. Shiloh was extremely rude. Basically harassing me because i am there 20 minutes after 10am opening time. At 1035 she finnaly said i could come in. Inside she proceeded to be very rude basically saying she cant refund my card. I was there for another 20 minutes keeping my cool and she eneded up giving me a part refund and a shirt due to her having no idea what to do even after being so rude to me. I just wanted to exchange the items but i wanted my money back as i cannot support a store who treats people this way. I highly wouldn't recommend going in this place if a Shiloh is working as to she is very aggressive and almost physically ran into on purpose...

I live in Florida, in the opposite coast. We too have multitudes of gift and clothing shops. St Augustine has more than even Key West. Beautiful items at twenty times what it's on Amazon for! The Golden Gypsy is such a lovely shop at very reasonable prices. Don't miss this place, you will find things in here no other shop offers, and the employees are helpful though not pushy. By leaps and bounds steps above EVERY shop in St Augustine! I've been in each and every one several times. If you have ever shopped at Shop Therapy in Provincetown or North Hampton Massachusetts, Golden Gypsy is this type of shop, bit much higher quality. It is on Kuna Street, right off St George, do not walk by...go inside...two floors and several rooms of unusual unique items and right now 50% off everything but clothing, which by the way is already quite reasonable. I bought a dress for 26.00. When I got home and removed my one if a kind dress, I found a gift, a sampling of incense! I just can not say enough great things about this place and the lovely...

we stumbled upon this shop one day after living here for over 7 years i’ve never went in and I am SO SOO happy we did. The guys working we’re soooo nice and extremely knowledgeable, you can tell they are genuinely super great people. They have so many crystals , rings, bracelets, and MANY more things, there’s also an AMAZING art gallery upstairs. They have raw stones that i haven’t seen in many other stones and they are very reasonably priced. I bought a big orange citrine and an absolutely gorgeous smoky quarts cluster, I will DEFINITELY be coming back!!! if i could give 100,000,000 stars i would. the atmosphere is extremely welcoming, as soon as we walked in i could feel the energy in the store it was over all an amazing experience, I had a feeling this would be a wonderful store and not only was it amazing I had an excellent experience and left with a huge...
