I initially had a great experience with this company when I purchased a bed frame. When there was a minor issue, they sent someone out quickly to fix it, and I was very impressed with their customer serviceā¦until recently. About 2 months ago, I received a new debit card and called to update my autopay information. I was told the old card was deleted and everything was updated. However, the next autopay was declined. I called back, explained the situation, and was told (again) that the card had been updated, and that this was a known issue with their system. I was reassured it was resolved. Unfortunately, the same issue happened again the following due date. This time, they even left a note on my door saying I hadnāt paid. When I called, I found out they STILL had the old card on file. This was now the third time I had to call about the same problem. I was told (again) it would be fixed. I asked them to wait a few days before reprocessing the payment, since I had assumed the charge had already gone through. They agreed. The next day, they processed the payment anyway - leading to an overdraft charge. When I called to explain what happened and asked if they could cover the late fee due to their repeated mistakes, I was met with a blunt, rude response. I was told, āIt was our mistake, but thereās nothing we can do for you.ā I even asked if they could credit a future payment to help make up for the fee, and they flat-out refused. Whatās most disappointing is that I was planning to return and purchase a new living room set once I finished the last few payments on my bed. Iāve been a reliable customer, never missed or been late on a payment until their system caused these issues. I wonāt be using them again, and I definitely wonāt be recommending them to anyone. A business should take responsibility when their errors create problems for...

I was 17 years old when I moved out on my own I purchased my first thing I believe when they first opened. because itās easy you can get it the same day or the day after are very easy and flexible I still go here because itās easier than trying to save money for all your appliances and you need something quick. I will pay it off sooner. They have probably bought every piece of furniture possible for a client just bought sound bar and a speaker for my son and he loves it. He thinks itās the coolest thing in the whole world. I give you nothing so that I get it cheaper also. I sleep on my bed that Iāve had for actually probably five years now and it hasnāt worn out yet. My 19-year-old autistic son has one also because of our scoliosis and our bad backs, we have to have very specialized beds. Probably will keep using them for a long time now I have everything I need if I ever need anything or I canāt get it right away. I will go to them so that I can get and I wonāt save for months to be able to get something that I want....
