Edited review on 3-2-24. Placed an order online to be shipped. Package came very well packaged, however the bath bomb came broken and the refill liquid hand soap was the wrong scent. I ordered coconut and was sent caribbean coconut. Very distinct difference. Emailed the company and on same day received a refund for the broken bath bomb but no response from the company on the wrong hand soap received. Although the products I’ve ordered and used in the past are great products, I feel I should have been refunded the price of the incorrect hand soap I received. Love all of the soap products. This however is my favorite fragrance that she makes. So much so that I was in constant contact with her until she had it back in stock. I bought five bars of this one fragrance. She is very good at communication and accommodation. I got the feeling she cared enough to to get it back in stock due to my request for it.
