We attempted to go to the two other ice cream shops in town and they both had a like a mile long, went off the beaten path to this place because it had an ice cream sign out front and my 3 year old didn’t want to wait for the other two places, we went in and the guy was describing the soft serve that they offer which comes in 4 flavors, vanilla, chocolate, salted caramel and coffee. It comes in a can and is inserted into a machine (the customer does this) it takes a little while to cool it and then once it starts you have to spin your cup around to collect the ice cream. It’s 14% milk fat so it’s very creamy and has less ingredients than your typical soft serve ice cream, what I gathered from his explanation was that it’s a healthier alternative. My opinion, it was fine, It was very creamy and light flavor, I got the salted caramel and I didn’t not think it tasted salty or like Carmel, the other two in my party got vanilla, it tasted like cold creamy whipped cream. Went in there for the very first time today . Owner was awesome! Told us all about the different treat and bevs he has - and then we experienced fresh made, real ice cream out of a machine right there ( think giant Keurig but for ice cream). No joke. The creamiest ice cream we have ever had. Better than gelato! Better than standard soft serve. It will blow your mind! I highly recommend checking this place out! My family and I stopped in for soft serve ice cream. I was excited to try the dairy free chocolate and my daughter had the regular chocolate soft serve. It was fun to wait for it to come out and twirl the cup (even though I fumbled a little). I wasn't sure what to expect, but the dairy free ice cream was hands down the best I've ever had! My daughter also really loved the regular dairy chocolate ice cream. The owner was very friendly and welcoming. We live out of state, but will definitely come here again the next time...
