We live in Chicago, and have very dear friends who have a home in Sawyer, Michigan. Whenever we visited them, we usually took a lovely walk to the beach, or picked blueberries, or enjoyed some other non-City activity.
One year (probably 7 or 8 years ago, maybe more), they suggested a walk around St. Joseph, where we stopped into the Olive Cart. We bought a bottle of your 25 year-old balsamic vinegar, and fell in love with it on our salads, and in many different dishes. We have not found anything to compare to it, and have been ordering it in multi-bottle quantities several times a year ever since.
We really appreciate the care with which you wrap each bottle (there has never been an incident with any of the dozens of bottles we've purchased), and it's lovely to get that personal thank you note with every shipment!

Read moreSo, I had ordered the 500ml bottle of the Rosemary Olive Oil because I had bought some at the store when I visited the area for a wedding and fell in love with the place. Fault of my own, when placing an online order, it defaulted to my old address. Sadly, the new residents aren't such honest people and took the package. I know this because of confirmation of delivery and their neighbor, who I remain friends with, witnessed the delivery. Although, I had ordered the company to try to avoid the delivery my old address, it was unsuccessful because of the prompt delivery service (which is a plus). I informed the company, who was very responsive, and they didn't like the end result. They went above and beyond in sending me another bottle with a nice handwritten housewarming card. I am so impressed and will remain a loyal customer.. Thank you so much!

Read moreWe live in Indiana and visited the store yesterday.We were packing up yesterday and realized the product leaked on our seat and in the bag.I called the store and the young girl was very nice and said with this product they had had and issue with it leaking so she would have her manager call me.The manager called and was the exact opposite of her young employee.She was very rude.All I asked was for another bottle to be sent and she acted like that was not going to happen.Plus she lied and tried telling me none had been leaking.When I told her her employee told me several had was when she told me she had to tighten some kids.If the jars came in with unsealed lids she should pitch them.All I'm asking for is to send me another product that you know had issues especially when...
