Update: After living in my new condo for a month, the developer has not been easy to work with, I believe mostly due to poor communication and processes. The noise from the elevator machinery is loud, even to the point that it wakes me up, and the developer been resistant and slow to resolve punch list items. Overall I like the layout of my unit, my neighbors in and around my building and the location.
