The owner was so sweet and amazing! We stopped in today to chat with her and she was so kind in giving her explanation of what happened and why while also making up for the inconvenience! She assured me that the situation was dealt with and I truly believe with her professionalism, this problem will be better alleviated in the future. A little disappointed with this place. We had a group of 5 visiting the area for vacation. My sister had booked an appointment ahead of time (3 days prior) for us to visit. She booked us for 5 pm on a Sunday, via their website, receiving confirmation emails and even reminder texts the day prior. We did notice on the GPS that they closed at 5 but, we assumed we were good since we had an appointment. We drove approximately 30 minutes from Clearwater. We arrived at 4:55 pm and as we were getting out of the car, we saw an employee locking the door, and she walked around the corner to get in her vehicle to leave. We just went up to her and told her the situation. She informed us that there was no evidence of our reservation on her end of the website and that “the site does weird things sometimes”. The employee was apologetic and told us that she couldn’t stay but we did make sure to get my sisters’ deposit refund before we left. I understand that this could’ve been a “glitch” however, the website shouldn’t allow people to make an appointment at the time they close if it’s going to cause issue. It was just very frustrating to have had this planned and made the drive specifically for this. We were just thankful we caught her before she left completely. We ended up at the Bronze Lily a few miles away and the employee Lizzie there was so gracious, kind, and accommodating. They do recommend calling ahead but they were so flexible to get us in. I have purchased two permanent bracelets from Sadie + Sky, and I love them! The first one lasted about a year before it broke where the charm attached, but I was warned when I picked that particular charm that there had been issues and if it fell off that they'd replace it at no charge. Luckily it fell off in bed, so I still had the bracelet. I took it back to the shop and they let me pick another charm and re-attached the bracelet at no charge! While I was there, I got an additional bracelet. That one only fell off because it got stuck on a hook on a door, and they'll re-attach it free of charge (I always tip!). The one I had re-attached is still going strong over 6mo later! Both bracelets I purchased were gold and did not tarnish. I have been in pools, the ocean, wear perfume every day, and they are still shiny gold. I do suggest that you have it attached a size down from where you want it to hang because it will stretch over time. That's how mine got snagged on a hook. It stretched over time and was dangling more than when I had it applied. This isn't a defect. All chains will do this. I have even had my Tiffany's necklaces resized because they stretched over time.

I love them so much I am taking my friend and her daughter here when they come to visit....

First and foremost the staff is AMAZING! They really go the extra mile, so that you get exactly what you want. I have gone to other permanent jewelry places and they would not return correspondence and when they did they never followed through with any of their claims to call back or look for the chain/ item you were interested in.
