They are the nearest raw milk seller to my house. But, their prices are way over what everyone else asks for the same items. For example I bought some rennet for about 3 dollars more than the online store of the manufacturer sells it for. But necessity required I pay more instead of wait for shipping. Also, their milk was $4 more than my original preferred raw milk supplier.
They also collect your information because of Utah state law. (That way the dept of health has an accurate way to track cases of illness due to raw milk consumption, and the USDA has information as to how many people want raw milk.) But, to clarify, your information is only collected because they are a retail store owned by the farm. For other farms, where you buy it direct and on site, the state law does not require information collection. They might say that other farms selling milk without information collection is illegal, like they did to me, but it is not. It just depends on how the operation is run, and the location.
But they helped every customer very quickly. Nobody waited more than the 10 seconds it took for them to say "I can help you at this register." That was nice. So was the layout. They also have nice packaging for their milk, and each bath bottled is tested for various contaminates before it can be put on sale. (Another state requirement. It is different from on the farm. Farm fresh milk is tested monthly vs with each batch produced.)
TL;DR - Good store, good service, poor prices, some misinformation, and personal information collection. Evens out to a 3 star review. I'd go again, but only if I needed supplies and didn't have time to go somewhere else or wait on shipping. I prefer to spend...
Read moreI came here for the raw milk. I really wanted to like it as we live in Utah 4 months of the year and wanted to find a source for raw milk like we have in houston. I’ve bought it several times now over the last two years and I have to say, I don’t like it. I really want to like it but it falls short. We’ve had raw milk in plenty of cities we’ve traveled to and this one just isn’t good. I thought it might be the time of year we buy it ie spring milk being the most rich and gorgeous and I come in summer when it’s hot and dry.I also thought it may be that I wasn’t buying it the day it was delivered but I made sure to call in before driving over and have bought it different times of year and it consistently failed for me. For one, my raw milk at home is gorgeous-has a beautiful slightly yellow hue. The one from here is white like conventional milk. But the thing that really bothers me beside it not being as lucious in taste and color is that it goes off after a week ie sour and bitter whereas at home in houston our raw milk will last two weeks before going sour. And yes i get home asap and put in in the way back of the refrigerator.
The only other thing i buy here is the gallon of maple syrup as everything else is so expensive. You can go next door to Whole Foods or Good Earth market and get them for much cheaper-like 25% cheaper.
I will say that on a good note employees have always been friendly and helpful and the space is really beautiful. Have never eaten at the cafe so can’t...

I meant to leave a review after our first visit to Redmond Farm Kitchen in Salt Lake City—but never got around to it. We just went back for a second time, and it absolutely lived up to our first experience (which was amazing)!
This time, my wife and I brought six friends from the dōTERRA Essential Oil Convention, and every single person was delighted. The food is incredibly clean, nourishing, and satisfying. Everyone tried something different—from bowls to burgers to loaded fries—and every dish was a hit.
I had an Americano this time and it was spot-on. Last time I had their bulletproof coffee and bacon cheese fries—hands down the best fries I’ve ever had in my life. The bacon is super thick and cooked to perfection.
We love the vibe here. It’s welcoming, stylish, and full of intention. While waiting for our food, we browsed their connected health and wellness store, which our whole group enjoyed. Dewi helped us at the counter and shared helpful info about their raw milk program (yes, real raw milk—just sign a waiver). At checkout, Caleb was friendly and upbeat, making the experience even better.
Redmond Farm Kitchen is more than a restaurant—it’s a mission-driven place that genuinely prioritizes the well-being of people, animals, and the environment. It shows in everything they do.
If you’re in Salt Lake, this place is a must-visit. We’re already planning to return again! I wish we had one of these in...
