Latitude 40 Properties — Local services in Salt Lake City

We obtained 3 written proposals from SLC realtors in March/April 2019. We then met with each and reviewed their bids. It was close but we selected the Latitude 40 proposal from James Harvey. We have bought and sold 9-10 houses over our lifetimes. Honestly, this was our BEST experience! James Harvey understands the SLC market very well. If you are buying or selling, you know how crazy busy the market was this year (April-Aug). James worked with us to create a plan to market our home and we went about implementing it- together. James was patient with our needs and questions, and those of prospective buyers. He is dedicated to customer service and is very dependable, courteous, and accommodating. He does not exert pressure but remains calm under pressure ( re: offers/negotiation. His follow up on questions/concerns was simply great. Essentially, he is an excellent communicator; has a good sense of humor; and it was truly a pleasure to work with him. Oh, and we sold our house in 11 days ! It was a true pleasure to work with James!
