I have been an audiophile for nearly 40 years. In the 1970 s I worked in a stereo store part time while in college and began collecting Audio equipment. In the 70s I bought Sonab speakers from Sweden, JBl L300 speakers and a Yamaha 800 Turntable. I still have those classic components. In the 1980's I got into the Bang & Olafson equipment and continued to collect Vinyl. In the 1990's I collected Danon equipment and various Video. In the 2000's I got into Tube equipment.

After a 40 year career in customer service, owning and managing companies, I am very particular as to doing what you say you are going to do and being present to the needs of clients.

Roger and Jordan immediately picked up on my level of expectation of them as well as my need to update my knowledge and need of hardware and software.. I currently have BAT 150 SE Amps with matching BAT Pre Amp and matching BAT Phono pre- stage. I now have an amazing pair of Avantgard Duos Those run through numerous conditioners and Audioquest interconnects and many upgraded sources.

Roger and Jordan led me into the Digital world of DACs, Qobuz, Tidal, and matching Audio with Video.

WOW! Its a new world. I can now access most any music ever recorded on my iPad Pro, with Video. Amazing!

Roger always followed up after each visit to my home to make sure all was right in my Audio world. They were always on time and respectful and professional.

Being sensitive to cost, Roger encouraged me to buy certain products like a high end Vinyl Cleaner. That changed my world. I can now buy new, and USED Vinyl and play my music on Vinyl. Many times Roger suggested that I not buy certain products. I appreciated that as well.

In short, Roger being a MIT grad and Jordan being able to set up my WI Fi and upgrade it again is more than I ever expected here in Park City.

It's been 20 year since I purchased my last home theater system. Since I had no knowledge of current technology, I went searching for professionals that could help. As soon as I met Roger and Doug, I had a good feeling. They started by analyzing the room and then explained in detail their options and recommendations. Roger has been doing this since transistor radios and his knowledge of equipment, video and sound is fantastic. Pricing was more than competitive. The system design and install is where the guys really shine. They are perfectionists and every detail was accounted for, right down to paint roller mark's on the video wall that they insisted we repaint since they would be visible when we were watching the screen...good call! Doug is a wiring and install wizard. His wiring looks like it belongs in the space station, it's that good. When they finished set up, tuning 11 speakers and positioning the 85" TV, we watched Ford V Ferrari together to verify everything worked to their satisfaction...which by the way greatly exceeded my expectations. One thing to note, the home is in Springdale, 4 hours away from their showroom. These guys are the real deal and my trust was well placed. I recently moved into a new home near 9th and 9th that was setup for a pretty cool home audio setup, but the system was outdated, and lacked an HDMI connection and had old speakers. Since I owned another home on Pierpont, I wanted to give these guys a shot to support that neighborhood. Wow, am I glad I did! These guys are the pros of all pros! It's a breathe of fresh air to get such top notch customer service and knowledge from a business in SLC!!! On top of that, their prices were way better than fair! They do a lot of high end business in PC, but work with the local people to get them setup with a system that is affordable and sounds incredible! The ended up magically running an HDMI across my room by weaving it under the carpet and hidden behind the trim while doing zero damage to the wall. They then got me up and running with incredible in wall speakers that they painted to match my walls. The system sounds incredible. Doug is an audio ninja and has a solution for any problem! I would trust him with any issue. Roger, the owner, is an encyclopedia of knowledge and knows all the details to get the perfect system, and does a fantastic job of taking care of customers from start to finish.
