It's one of those micro target locations. Beware if you're looking for a full size store. They don't have a lot of the things a full size location has. They do have a small grocery section though. They also expect you to become a store employee and check out all your own items but they don't give you an employee discount.

Usually Targets are pretty chill, but the price tag on the cheese made me think it was $3, then at checkout I find out that it's actually $8 šŸ˜’ like, bruh What are you trying to accomplish by "misplacing" coughcoughlyingaboutprices price labels?

You need a new manager, they get paid more to deal with customer issues and when a customer asks to speak with them they should never have an associate relay messages over a walkie talkie. Mandi refused to come and speak with me in person until an ASSOCIATE walked to go get her and told her to come speak with me. (Potential replacement?) as soon as she approached me she had an annoyed tone. If you can’t/don’t want to deal with unhappy customers professionally then you should get a different job bc it’s part of it unfortunately. Spoken from an actual store manager with my own staff of over 70 people (I see this isn’t the first bad review regarding her) I would definitely revisit some training on customer service, role responsibilities and customer escalations. The associates had better customer service than her. I’m sure this won’t be the last bad review. Won’t be returning.

Update went to a different target to do the same return that I was told was illegal to do without an ID and wasn’t required to show anything. More...

Somehow, they don’t have enough staff to deal with their ridiculous bank vaults full of precious tube socks or to staff more than one register, but they do have enough for four security guards to be standing by the front door, grilling customers about why they’re leaving without buying anything.

Everything’s locked up. That’s why. Trust me — no one is stealing anything.

I’m not just talking expensive things. Want a $3 tube of toothpaste? $10 pack of underwear? Better be prepared to wait 20 minutes at minimum. Heaven help you if you need to look at the packaging to determine the right size, because the staff will snap at you or just walk away if you don’t know exactly what you want. And whatever you do, don’t touch the merchandise.

How is anyone supposed to get through a shopping list if each item you get requires a 20-minute wait for a cranky store employee? I don’t even blame them for being annoyed. It’s an utterly stupid setup.

I’m not shopping somewhere that treats its customers...

Only bulky big carts were available to shop with - which doesn't make sense for a small, crowded store with tight/small aisles, etc. Frequently I find messy or totally unstocked shelves there. I had a lot of stuff to purchase but there was NO regular/human check stand available!! I had to very awkwardly use the little tiny self checkout (and got shamed by other customers for doing so since I was purchasing a lot of stuff). Awful experience!! Most of the essential drugstore/hygiene items are locked behind sliding glass doors now. Like simply getting shaving cream required paging a staff member and waiting. Ridiculous. And there's no cart return in the parking lot. When I walked my cart all the way back to the entryway I passed 2 employees (seemingly doing nothing and were near or headed back to the store anyway!) who did not take the cart for me. Have not seen any emphasis there on customer service. Terrible target...
