Out West Gift Shop — Local services in San Antonio

Went into the store last night looking for a bracelet for my daughter. I saw one and the lady told me to try it on. I put it on my wrist and she told me to pitch it in to make it smaller, so I gently pinched it in and it broke. She said I had to pay for the $37 bracelet. I said i barely touch it and she agreed. I told her the quality was absolutely horrible if it snapped with a light touch and again she agreed that I barely touched it and that she would charge me half. Looking back I should have just walked out. I normally don’t write reviews but I left feeling 100% taken advantage of which is a horrible feeling especially since she was standing there and not only saw the whole thing but then agreed. Ok so My husband and I went on a little weekend trip for our wedding Anniversary this 1-3 November 2019 and we went to this store looking for souvenirs and stuff Well I bought a T-shirt the print didn’t even last ONE day! It was ripping off by the afternoon the day I wore it! It was very disappointing! Don’t recommend this store at All at least regarding shirts! I wish I could post a picture of my shirt to show y’all. Paid 12 for it. Not that much but omg it should last at least...

My husband and I were on a date and came by Saturday. As he was looking at the hats about 2-3 ladies kept coming up to us asking if we needed help. Definitely felt like we were being watched. One of the ladies came up to us, asked to hold the hats then grabbed the hats he was looking at and placed them back on the racks and he lost the one he wanted. It was VERY uncomfortable. I have never dealt with this kind of racism before....
